This cafe is easily missed but once you find it, you are glad you came. Not a fancy interior but the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. If you like fish dishes you came to the right place!

A few reviews have mentioned the sparse décor and it's true. Kinda looks half finished. But the deal here is the food and the service. They also have a really nice log burning fireplace in cooler weather and that really warms the place up. The food is really quite good and that is important when you are paying a good... More

This restaurant has a great kitchen. They prepare solid food and the menu is nicely put together & will please foodies as well as more conservative eaters. Our party of 4 enjoyed all of our appetizers & entrees. Service was good & the staff friendly. I have to agree with other reviewers though when it comes to the decor. The... More

Chris and Kim from A Butler's Maor suggested The Plaza for my husband's birthday dinner. The menu is mainly fish and the chef deserves all the kudos previously earned for his preparation and imagination. Everyone got a different dish and we all shared. There was a bit of confusion with the staff the night we were there, and for some... More

This restaurant sits directly across the street from the Southampton Inn, where we were staying, so it was an easy decision to go. We were extremely pleased. The service was wonderful, attentive but knew when to leave you alone. The interior is cozy and lovely. The food exceeded expectations. Everything was terrific from cocktails to apps to entrees and dessert.... More

Cafe Plaza put on a Sunday breakfast for my son's wedding guests. Food, service and casual setting in restaurant were perfect. We had a number of flower arrangements delivered ahead of time and they looked great. We all ate too much -- omelet station, wonderful bacon, smoked salmon, fruit, etc. I would guess that the normal brunches at Plaza Cafe... More

We enjoyed the Seafood Chowder ($11) and the special Pumpkin Bisque ($17) as starters. The Seafood Shepard's Pie ($40) and Swordfish $34) were beautifully prepared and presented. The atmosphere is clean, crisp, relaxing and open.

New decor and a new fun cafe menu. Much cheaper items to choose from. Loved the color and new fabrics and the tile around the fireplace. Doug and his professional wait staff really do shine here. Quality of food is outstanding and always consistent. Today we had the new cafe menu items. Up first was a veg plate with aged... More

The service, food presentation and tastes were very impressive. We had the prix fixe, which is offered nightly off-season, maybe only Sunday to Thursday, before 6:45 pm during high season. It is a great value at $32.00 with several choices for 3 courses. Everything was delicious and the staff was attentive and had a sense of humor which always helps.... More

We were there for a mid-week dinner. Great open ceiling and light colored decor. Service was excellent and the food selection was varied. I had the mahi taco appetizer and kobe franks in a blanket. Delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and was tender. Highly recommend a return visit. Pricing was reasonable for the area
