Terrific Italian food, many wood-fired inspired dishes. Large portions and great views of the park across the street and famous Jobs Lane area. Recently added patio doors so restaurant can be completely opened to the street. Cool!

We stumbled upon this place in an attempt to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday mis-March and that had at least a few vegetarian options. Tuscan House fit the bill and we arrived to a mostly-empty restaurant. Happy to at least have a place to eat, we each ordered a different pasta dish. We were then greeted by... More

We ate here a few weeks ago for dinner and loved the food. They start you off with this incredible warm bread and good quality olive oil for dipping. Our cocktails were excellent. No watering down of the liquor at this place. The Tuscan Tomato soup was just the right amount for a great starter and full of tomato bits,... More

Orrichette, and broccoli rabe did not meet each other until they were put on the plate. They came right out of the water, two roasted garlic cloves were thrown in and a few sliced pieces of pre-cooked sausage (not crumbled). Totally tasteless and a great disappointment of what is usually a tasty marriage of ingredients made in heaven! Shame on... More

Our friends had dined here previously on the bruschetta, and wanted us to enjoy their find, so we made our way to this attractive restaurant combining traditional Mediterranean colors and arches, with contemporary glass walls and floating wood flooring, for a late lunch. The barrels piled high with mums in bloom lining the perimeter of the restaurants exterior were very... More

There are several Italian eateries in Southampton, but Tuscan House is far and away our favorite. First of all unlike most of the others, Tuscan House does not give you a side of attitude with your meal. Second of all, the food is delicious and PLENTIFUL. We tell others to share apps or plan to ask for a takeaway container... More

We were lucky with the weather so sat outside in the evening. THis may have been a double blessing as the rooms inside were lively, with a live, (pretty good) guitarist. The food was very good, well judged dressings very good cured meats, the polenta a liitel undersaesoned. The portions were a bit large, but, sad to relate, we still... More

Exceptional! Fresh!! Gorgeous food!!! Fried calamari was perfect, the wine-delicious, our second appetizer was this large crustini topped with a melty creamy italian cheese surrounded by grilled figs in a honey balsamic glaze---it evaporated into thin air soon after the plate landed on our table, need I say more?? Ok, then, I will......I had an incredible freshly made ravioli stuffed... More

Tuscan house is a gorgeous restaurant right in the heart of Southampton. The dining area is very well done and a nice touch on summer nights is that the dining area opens up so that it feels like it's a very comfortable outdoor dining experience. Service was fantastic. As far as pricing goes, most entrees looked like they were about... More
