Always fresh and always humerous...and that's just the chef/owner Garrett Silver, who delivers your meal with love, affection and attention! What more could you ask for, you inquire? Well, don't count on getting dinner there, because Silver's is only open for lunch and will only ever be. Splendid and without lip smackers.

Was drawn to have lunch here by the great reviews and the look of the restaurant. The borscht was great, and I don't like borscht! The BLT was really good. Service was fine. The prices are really high. While I did not order the lobster roll, others nearby had it. I am sure it was wonderful but the portion was... More

Silvers really has the best BLT -- bar none. As others have noted, it's a local institution and now serves basically one meal a day -- lunch -- for which it's always packed (Once upon a time, they served a geat breakfast too). The decor is eclectic and funky -- 50s diner meets cool french bistro -- and the service... More

This place has been around as long as I've lived in Southampton, over 20 years. The BLT is not your average BLT, just try it. The Clam Chowder is excellent. The salads are so thoughtfully made. The lobster roll is all lobster!! The service is always fantastic.

Service fantastic, food is great, better than great, and family owned, cozy. It is located on Main Street in Southampton Village. Wine selection excellent and food is of the freshest local ingredients . I have been going here for years and have introduced many people to this bistro. Great value and service. I wish they were open for dinner but... More

On the recommendation of a friend and from the other reviews here, my husband and I decided that money was not an object for a fabulous lunch during a getaway weekend. We descended upon Silver's with high hopes-dreaming of his burger and my lobster roll. Sadly, we were quite disappointed. While his mammoth burger was tasty and cooked to order,... More

A landmark for lunch in Southampton filled with all the cognoscenti for which the Hamptons are famous. Lobster bisque is delicious and full of chunks of lobster, the sandwiches are huge, but they should be for the price---$28.

How can a BLT be that amazing? Go to Silver's and find out. The chef / owner (I believe third generation) sends out some of the best soups you will ever eat in your entire life, ridiculous bread soaked in herbs and olive oil, and that amazing BLT. Honestly, we never know what to order since the chicken soup, borscht... More
