We always enjoy eating here. They have really good ribs, but they also have other dishes too. Appetizers and desserts are good too. Portions are large and the service is good. We never feel rushed. Most of the time we leave with a goody bag. They have recently changed the menu and I miss some of my favorites. The restaurant... More

We've eaten here numerous times. The food is good and the service was good. The decor is rustic, but the ambience does not match. Looking to be transported to the South when entering, but no such thing happened. There was no wait upon our arrival at 1pm. It was not busy at all. The place settings were very modern for... More

Came here with the family on a Sunday. Seating took a little long 20 minutes. (when you have 3 kids, it is very long). Ordered the All-American BBQ Feast which is: a full slab of St. Louis-style spareribs, a whole country-roasted chicken, 1/2 lb. of either Texas beef brisket or Georgia chopped pork, creamy coleslaw, famous fries, wilbur beans, four... Resturant is decorated like the inside of a rustic log cabin, really awesome things to look at. A huge fireplace is warm and inviting. The food is delicious! Ribs, pulled pork and catfish! Each dish comes with a piece of corn bread that is to die for! Prices are great and you def get your monies worth!

We eat here about once a month and sometimes get takeout. The food has always been good and the wait staff attentive. We like the Cajun chicken sandwich but it is a little bit spicy. The baby back ribs are great and if you are really hungry, get the feast. MIT is awesome.

We visited on a Saturday night with a party of eight to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations and our table was ready. Our server was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. To start, a couple of us ordered the wing basket and the chicken fingers while the rest of us shared a rack of the St Louis ribs as an appetizer.... More

Late solo meal. Sat at the bar. Mon. night football on TV. Bar tender very friendly. I had the beer battered cad sandwich. came with spicy pickles and a side of mac and cheese. WOW, it was great. There were only two customers, so the bar tender, the restaurant host , fellow late diner and I enjoyed good food and... More

We've eaten here a few times and in all honesty it was just good. This most recent time had a few issues. The table was a little sticky and the 5 or so types of sauce that used to be on the table have been reduced to only 2. My major complaint was the 15-20 minute wait for the food... More

Good BBQ, the briskit tips appetizer was delicious. The "hottest" sauce they had was mild at best, but good none the less. A craft beer selection would be nice, but they have PBR, and a few other common beer selections. Price was very reasonable and portions are a good size. You can easily order and enjoy appetizer, dinner, and dessert... More

These are the best. The texture, the sauces, the mostly meat (no fat) ribs are always coming out perfect. this place is on the money everytime. no joke. i cannot name names but everybody else claims to be the best ribs, nope. been there and it is this place. best of long island.
