Love the sandwiches & soups

Excellent sandwiches. They are large so I order a half sandwich and a cup of soup. (Tomato and mushroom barley are my favorites.) The almond buttercrunch cookies are also very good. You can buy local, cream-on-the-top Wake Robin yogurt here, too.

Hot chocolate and bakery treats were fine, but someone (beside the customer) should clean the tables. But the bathroom (which is clean) has paper towels, which proved useful. Soups look interesting--next time we'll skip the fish place across the street and order a soup or sandwich, and delicious hot chocolate, here.

Smelled good but I could not eat any of the baked goods as I am gluten free. Had a nice salad that was freshly prepared. Small place and luckily not a lot of people there at 2 in the afternoon

The great thing about the Skaneateles Bakery is that as soon as you get near it, you are done! The smell is just incredible. Get one of their doughnuts!

I went there during the Dicken's Holiday event. The shop is not designed to handle any more than a few customers at a time - there was a mass of people and no clear/obvious way to get served in an orderly fashion. After waiting, I decided it wasn't worth it, so I left.

Great breakfast food--not the overcooked scrambled eggs and limp toast kind of place. The oatmeal with choices of additions and the eggs on ciabatta are excellent. Don't know what they do to the eggs to make them light and fluffy, almost soufflé-like, but it makes for an excellent breakfast.

Walked in on saturday afternoon to complete chaos! People were not waiting their turns and 2 girls were talking to eachother and not helping anyone. The donut was the reprieve. Tasty

Great baked goods, a town treasure, good service, fair prices, definitely worthwhile, old style coffee shop.

Creative sandwiches and freshly made soups make this a superb place for lunch. The small dining room is usually sufficient because there is a large takeout trade. Some of their sandwiches are really interesting and everything is excellent
