We have eaten at the Inn several times in the past few years. Most times the food was good, but service was slow. The last time we ate there before the new management team took over we were really disappointed. I am a fan of Chris Kuhns, so when I heard he was managing this year we thought we would... More

10 of us recently dined at the Mandana Inn on a Saturday evening. The menu, in it's attempts to break away from the Gramma and Grampa menu of years past was interesting and quite good. We were all pleased with our selections from the Boston baked Scrod to the Classic Reuben (fried fish sandwich). Beef tips with pork belly was... More

My husband and I took my mother for dinner on a Friday night 2 weeks ago. My mother had a walker. We were heading towards the stairs , which was the main entrance, when a gentleman opened another door to the restaurant for us, saying my mother didn't have to do stairs. Good sign . The dining room was empty... More

we found everything about this inn to be above our expect ions. We arrived without a reservations on a busy Friday night, we were asked to wait in the bar, a couple of local customers were very friendly. Our table was ready in ten minutes and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The food and drink were as good... More

Serene surroundings, attentive service and a delicious dinner. Reasonable value. Well prepared, presented in warm, tastefully decorated dining room, true to this legendary restaurant.

We visit here a few times each season. It is only open Mother's Day to Thanksgiving. The food is excellent and always reliable. There are the usual menu items that everyone has loved through the years, such as Dover Sole or Froglegs, and each week specials that are more creative. The vegetables are locally grown (the restaurant buys from the... More

The Manadana Inn and restaurant have been around "forever". It's staying power must come from its consistently delicious meals and its location. It is located on the hill on the west side of Skaneateles Lake, across the street from a public marina. Because it's NOT right in downtown Skaneateles it avoids much of the traffic that one can experience in... More

It seems as if this is a local favorite, but it is not one of ours. We went there based on recommendations and my husband was wanting to try their frog legs, a specialty evidently. We had reservations for 7:30, but I don't think we would have needed them, there were several tables full. Our waitress took our order, brought... More
