We had a great dinner we split some sushi as an appetizer that had avocado and strawberries - delicious and fresh and our entrée was salmon and the curried shrimp that was really flavorful and we had to sample the desert of the night which was a fresh fruit tart - exceptional as well - the cucumber martinis were also... there is no place to have any good asian food on the south fork other than Sen in Sag Harbor so my wife and I were so happy to discover the great new restaurant at Maison Blanche KATANA. The old french place will not be missed. We had an amazing Rib eye steak cooked to perfection and my wife enjoyed... More

So happy they changed the operator of the restaurant. Last year was stuffy and overpriced. This year is much better. Owner-host, Alex, is super chill and very professional. The new concept, Katana, is a traditional sushi bar with Thai and Indonesian dishes from the hot kitchen. Prices are reasonable. They also have a great bartender/ mixologist this year who makes... This restaurant has much more potential as we have dined in similar inns/settings before and experienced how enjoyable it can be. That being said the outdoors is certainly nice but since it was not very busy when we went there for my birthday dinner, it felt kind awkward to sit there with 4 other couples only. The waitress somehow did... More

We went there September 1st. After waiting for host or 10 minutes, we asked if an outdoor table was available. We had no reservation. The hostess went into the act" let me see if we have a table available, " went into the half empty dining room and announced that no outside tables were available but we could sit inside.... More

Great food, good service and lovely setting. We ate outside in back garden but inside room and bar area also looked good. Roasted chicken and duck entrees were great. Prices were reasonable for what you are getting.

They take your credit card # for the reservation. When I cancelled (two days before) they charged my credit card $150.00. The manager Tara is extremely difficult to deal with and claims she does not believe me. (I had rescheduled for a different day when I cancelled). They had THAT reservation, but not my cancelled reservation...hmmmm.....DO NOT leave your credit... More
