This restaurant is closed and a new pub has opened in its place. The new pub is nice. They have a variety of micr bees on tab daily and offer a beer club. We only had the steamers and a few drinks. Not much of a wine menu. Hopefully they will expand on that.

This restaurant is closed and it is a shame. It was a good local place to grab some food and have a drink. We miss sitting at the bar and visiting with the bartender Tracy. The staff is was made this place special and enjoyable.

The pub style food here is good and the service is also ok. O'Leary's is a place that you can go with your friends and have a fun night out. If you are looking for a quiet place to go for dinner, I would not suggest it as the tables are very close together and it gets pretty loud.

Great little Irish place in Scotia, NY. Friendly service and really good food.Good draft beer choices. Great place to get a bite to eat before going down the block to the movies at Scotia Cinema, What more could you want?

After an evening out at the Scotia Cinema, a refreshing change from the multiscreen Cineplex's in the malls, it's a short walk down Mohawk Avenue to O'Leary's in the now famous village of Scotia where a recent Hollywood movie was shot, "A Place in the Pines" It's okay even for the healthy eater to occasionally treat ones self to some... This place is just wonderful. In the summer, they have some outdoor seating which overlooks Mohawk Avenue and is great for sitting out on a nice summer night. You can find seating in the diner area if you want to keep to yourself, or sit in the bar or outdoors if you wish to be social and strike up conversations... More

We enjoyed our visit here. The food is very much pub food - which is not really my favorite due to deep fried preparation, but if you like this, I am sure it would be an excellent choice for you. The atmosphere is great, we had good service and the prices are good also.

O'Leary's is cozy and familiar with good beers on tap and tasty comfort pub food. There are a few tasty vegetarian options. O'Leary's is a great local haunt. Quiet enough to actually catch up with friends over drinks. And the free popcorn is pretty addicting. If you are looking for pub food in Scotia, O'Leary'.s is worth a visit.

Good clean small restaurant/bar with quick service and good food at a decent price. It has a unique menu that caters to the broad, and not just the standard fare. Outside dining is available although not my preference. I support local businesses, not chain shops, and this is a good choice.
