Quirky and fun, simple hamburg/hotdog menu. Food is good, staff is fun. You eat at their outdoor tables and can watch the river or listen to a band playing next door at night.

The food is nothing special, eating outdoors is only good if the weather cooperates, there is no indoor option here. The ice cream is worth the visit.

A staple in Scotia for a long time. Love the cheeseburger with cooked onions and the Jack Burger. Onion Rings are very good. Just sitting by the river and enjoying the food makes this whole experience worth it. Don't forget their shakes and ice cream to cool you off. During the summer there is music right next to them so... More

We go for the burgers and the ice cream... it's fun and on tuesdays they have the water ski show on the river... Also concerts in the park... Jack burger is great... Always busy and lines around the building on opening day - usually makes the news... it's the official start of spring for us.

Great fast food! They get you in and out and the food is always great. It's your typical fast food place but the food is above average.

You go there in the summer for the water skiing show. The food is average however they have fried class which is unusual.

I have been here since I was a kid and its just as good now as its always been. They have the best burgers around cooked over an open flame. You certainly can't eat just one. I love there fish fry as well along with there other fried seafood selections. They also offer a different flavor ice cream each week... More

Typical summer fast food, soft serve ice cream place. I personally don't care for the whole greasy burger and fries thing. But I guess it's a summer staple in Scotia and you have to visit at least once.

I recently took my boys to Jumping Jacks to officially mark the beginning of spring. The food remains the same as it was 25 years ago when I was a kid. It is always nostalgic to go wait in line at Jumping Jacks.
