Grilled hot dogs & hamburgers, fries and onion rings, eaten outdoors in the sunshine along the Mohawk River. What's not to love? Watch a world class ski team practice or put on a show, go next door for a free concert at the amphitheater, or cross the road to the playgrounds, tennis courts, swimming, baseball, and more at the prettiest... No, this is the best meal I have ever had, but I would be so depressed if we ever lost Jumpin' Jacks. First of all, its' tradition. You just go the opening day regardless of the weather..it is the right of passage because warm weather will follow..and then the park will be filled with people coming alive after a long... More

Ice cream, shakes, burgers, FISH FRIES, clams, dogs, fries, popcorn! It's all amazing! Long lines that fly - the cooks and servers are trained to entertain! There is no inside eating, and no one stops there for clean bathrooms, but it's a rite of summer - around Easter to Labor Day. The outdoor village stage next door has concerts or... More

When Jumpin Jacks opens, kids skip school to be there. Hamburgers, fries, ice cream. Sort of like "Happy Days."

This is a staple in our area. I have been there many times and never really thought about the clams. I wanted something different and got a huge dinner. Comes with fries, onion rings, Cole slaw and a roll along with a huge portion of clams! They bread them themselves, who knew ! It was big enough to split !

A nice drive up diner on the Mohawk River. A Scotia favorite, just the place for lunch during the spring through fall.

Jackburger, onion rings, fish fry, ice cream... tough to find something I don't like! The food is great, and the location is perfect -- right on the water, next to the park. Make a nice trip out of it by playing in the park or plan foe when there is a show at the ampitheater next door or when the... More

That's what the staff all yell when they get a tip. Great drive-in type food and even better ice cream. Can't wait to get another burger with the carmelized onions on it!

Quirky and fun, simple hamburg/hotdog menu. Food is good, staff is fun. You eat at their outdoor tables and can watch the river or listen to a band playing next door at night.

The food is nothing special, eating outdoors is only good if the weather cooperates, there is no indoor option here. The ice cream is worth the visit.
