A great place to eat a delicious, inexpensive meal, especially on Monday when many others are closed.

Stopped by with friends last week after we told them about the 12 cut Sicilian style pizza. We requested very light on the cheese and extra sauce. THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! Perfect! Marino's 12 cut is just right for 4 of us with their Antipasto salad. The 12 cut pizza is consistently about 3/4 inch thick with the perfect crunch... More

Rating Pizza is a very subjective task. Some people like Chicago style, some like thin-crust, some like extra cheese, etc. I asked a bunch of people where I can find the best pizza in the Capital District and likewise received a range of answer from people. A few did say Marino's so I decided to give it a try. I... More

I have been to Marino's several times including tonight. I love pulling into the parking lot and smelling garlic. Great pizza. Dinners are not at the level of Ferraris or Canalis but very good. These guys deserve your business, they work hard. Friendly service, good food. Cash only!

Okay...it has been years since I have had a pizza that mimicked my grandmother's. I have tried in other restaurants and at home many times but, could never get the crust to have a nice gentle crunch on the bottom. Marino's does it very well. I ordered a simple pizza (light on the cheese) with 1/4 of the cheese that... More

I'm working in the area and looked up "best pizza in Schenectady" and found Marino's. I got 2 slices and a coke at the counter. It was fine, but by no means the best pizza I ever had. This was not worth a special trip.

I come from down state and an Italian family. Life is too short to eat mediocre pizza. The pizza here is best I have had in the area. I have tried them all. Their parm heroes are excellent too. Big, beautiful, meaty and tasty. The eggplant parm is best I have had anywhere.

Mario, Danny and Ben run one of the best restaurants my family has ever enjoyed - and we have enjoyed many restaurants the world over. What makes Marino's so special is not only the excellent pizza but also the high quality traditional Italian entrees including a loose sausage and mushroom pasta dish that you simply mus try. It is hands... More
