Staying at Super 8 and they offered this restaurant as a local place to eat and we are glad they did! Haley was a great waitress, our food was delivered promptly. I had the beef and barley soup which was excellent. I also had a very crisp salad with honey mustard dressing. All honey mustard dressings are not always good... More

We stayed at the Super 8 in the area and this was the only highlight of the stay. We ended up eating dinner and breakfast here and would return here if ever in the area. The food was delicious and the wait staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The best part the cost... More

On arrival I was seated immediately. From the menu, I saw they breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served. This diner offered comfort food classics and lighter fare. I ordered the Baked Stuffed Haddock at $13.99. It came with choice of vegetable and potato, plus soup and salad. I chose the Greek Noodle Soup which had large orzo carrots, and celery... More

We stopped by on our way to a concert, so we were concerned about time. We had no need to worry!! Our waitress (Jamie, I believe) took care of us quickly and efficiently. Our drink orders were taken within a minute of being seated. When ordering, I had a question on one dish, and she hurried back to ask the... More

We were in the Albany area to attend an event, and we stopped at the Redwood Diner for breakfast around 10am on a weekday. It was fairly busy but we were seated quickly and our order taken and served very quickly. Excellent breakfast items--eggs, toast, good coffee, homefries, etc. Friendly service and convenient to the area.

I had seafood combo It was thawed then refrozen. When I complained I was given $5.00 off my check. I paid for our meals that I didn't eat, then I started to leave and I was unhappy and spoke to owner and was ejected from the place. I will never return. Looking for a dinner try blue ribbon. If I... Family-owned property, plain fare well cooked and cheap. I liked it, each entree came with soup, salad, vege, meat and potato. Soup was home-made.

Typical diner fare, great service, easy parking, easy location to find. This place has provided consistently good service and food for at least 25 years.
