Still good after all these years.

My wife and I lived near Ferrari's in the mid 90's and just loved the food and staff there. Well, we moved out of the area for several years and forgot about the restaurant. Flash forward 20 years and we find the food as good as ever and many of the same faces still working there. I recommend... read more

This is our go to for good Italian food. Our family is 100% Italian and cooks all the time, but this is our spot for a nice meal, it can be romantic and for families. Hands down since I was a kid, awesome food, great service, nice people, Its not fancy, its like walking into my grandmother's dining room, but... More

One step in the door and you know you're in a happy place. Parties going on, wait staff singing. Chef Tony is super friendly and will almost surely come to see how you like the food. And, the food is excellent. Real Italian, homemade pasta. Be hungry. As out-of-towners, we just took a hunch based on what TripAdvisor, but we... More

"Everything is beautiful at Ferrari's Ristorante!" If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant that treats you like "familia," Ferrari's is the place for you. Hidden away in one of Schenectady's older neighborhoods, a trip to Ferrari's is like stoping into a family reunion. The bar is fully stocked, and the aromas of slow-cooked sauces and meats waft from... More

The location and décor are nothing to write home about. In fact, I believe I have an old Italian great aunt that has modeled her basement after this place! Once you get past the look and feel...you are in for a real treat! This is the type of food your Italian grandmother made who was from the home country. The... More

Best Italian - absolutely crazy good. From the outside, you wonder what kind of a place it could be and how good could it possibly be. Friendly, casual, family type place with outrageously good Italian food.

They don't make 'em like Ferrari's anymore. A neighborhood restaurant, Ferrari's sits in the heart of a residential area and is nothing to look at, but inside is the magic that The Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill try so hard to capture in an authentic Italian family restaurant. Ferrari's has been in business for more than 40 years and my... More

I hadn't been back to Ferrari's in years. We decided to give it another shot. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and so was the service. Prices are a little high ($14 for spaghetti and meatballs) but it included a small tossed salad. The homemade house dressing was excellent also. Not too much vinegar. I recommend Ferraris for... Hard to believe this was my first visit to Ferrari's Ristorante after hearing about it for years. It was great. Went for Mother's Day so we made reservations well in advance. Arrived on time but did wait around 10 minutes for our table of 10+ (not bad considering game the day). There was a page full of specials but I... More

Ferrari's Ristorante is a no frills, lots of good Italian food restaurant! Mama Ferrari, Joey, Frankie, Kathy, and the ret of the staff make you feel right at home. You will never leave there hungry. Wednesday is Pasta Nite!
