We were very happy with our visit to More Perreca's. The service was excellent- attentive, timely, & friendly. We actually went for dinner but several items on the lunch menu caught our eye. They eagerly accommodated our requests despite it being dinner time. We were served in a timely manner & the server checked in several times to ensure we... More

Chicken salad sandwich awesome delicious! Soup hot and seasoning perfect. Desserts from bakery next door are just scrumptious! Service was good. Clean neat and nice old fashion decor. One happy couple when we left. Parking in back a bit crowded.

The wife and I went here on a recommendation. We were there by four p.m. and the place was filthy, food on the floor from the lunch crowd. We ordered an antipatsa when it arrived it was loaded with roasted red peppers from a can, I ate one and immediately ran to the men's room and threw up. Needless to... More

We went on Sunday 12/27 and it was crowded, but only waited about 10 mins. for a table. The Eggs in Purgatory we have been wanting to order for awhile so we finally did. The waitress suggested getting sausage or bacon in the sauce so we got the sausage (Italian by the way). This dish is 3 eggs poached in... More

This place has great food, but they fail miserably in the customer service area. Train your staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Xavier, if you are still employed, please recognize that your tips and interactions with customers will be to your benefit to LEARN YOUR JOB!

We saw this place on our local TV channel and, had to try it out....! Maria Papa Perecca came out to greet us ....We felt very special....! I had been here many times as a young adult to buy bread but, my significant other never had the "experience" of home made Italian food. She was really thrilled to meet her... More

We went to Perreca's last night and we were very glad we did. The food was really good. Perreca's bread is an icon of the Capital Region but their restaurant even tops their bread. Nice variety, tasty pasta sauce, large portions...real Italian cooking. I was expecting Momma Perreca to come out of the kitchen any minute. We were seated immediately...... More

We had dinner the other night at Perreca’s in Schenectady. We were a small group of friends and our dinners were mixed. We had chicken piccata, chicken with peppers, and sea bass. Food was ok. One dish was too salty and another did not have enough. Bread was ordinary. We all thought that the portions were small for an Italian... More
