Best Spot in the Village

Wonderful staff, great owners and a kitchen staff that continues to put out the best food in Saugerties. And the desserts - amazing does not describe what goes on here. Try the flatbread pizza, any of the barbecue and the scallops.

We had dinner here with our three toddlers (ages 4, 2, and 2) and everything was scrumptious and fresh. The sausage papardelle and roasted cod were superb. The atmosphere is cozy and homey. Right in the heart of Saugerties, so a great place to stop for meal if you are walking around town. Kids eat dinner for $5 which includes... More

We had a great lunch with our family! The Burger, pulled pork and spagheti and meaballs were a big hit! The restaurant is decorated really cute with apron curtains in the window.

My friends and I were visiting the area of Saugerties from NYC and this quaint and cozy restaurant was like being in Williamsburg Brooklyn--we felt right at home (without the crazy long wait)!! The food was absolutely amazing, delicious, and fresh! We enjoyed our time here and we highly recommend it. We plan to make this our go-to restaurant whenever... More

Had a wonderful time. Went to lunch with family three children under the age of 5. They were able to find something good to eat.everyone enjoyed their food. The children are behaved, but sometimes just seeing our family, our little crew sometimes get the feeling that we are not welcome. The atmosphere and decorations are homey and welcoming. The carrot... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was not disappointed! I appreciate a place with good ambiance, and this place has a really neat vibe. The service was excellent, no wait at all, friendly waitress. Probably one of the best Reuben sandwiches I have ever tasted. We also had a beef barley soup of the day which was excellent, and... More

Six of us had lunch at Miss Lucy's last week and we all enjoyed our meals. We ate a variety of things on the menu (crab benedict, hamburger, reuben, soup, salami, etc). It all was delicious and the service was great. Any special request was honored with ease. The desserts were great, too. We will definitely come back when in... More

Miss Lucy's will sell you on it funcky appearance and it's good service and that every thing is locally bought and cooked there and they do an excellent job with it all. The food is just fantastic.
