Excellent Choice!

A terrific place to have a relaxed dinner with friends! Limoncello has a warm ambiance, friendly staff, and really delicious food! The Spaghetti Carbonara is my favorite!

What I like when I go in the italian restaurant is not only the food but te ambiance. We were serve by a nice gentleman with a charming italian accent, the music was italian and of course the food was serve with an italian touch. The limoncello drink at the end of the diner maked our experience unforgettable. We were... More

We were passing through Saratoga with friends and stopped in for some appetizers and wine. We were greeted at the door by Gian Carlo and his lovely wife Nancy greeted us from across the room. Having visited Italy we immediately felt like we were transported back to Florence. The atmosphere was very authentic and beautifully decorated. The appetizers and wine... More

A wonderful find just off Route 9 in Saratoga. The owner Giancarlo and his wife personally supervise the service and present an outstanding selection of homemade Italian favorites. My wife was enthralled with the gnocchi and pappardelle. I had the fish and was very impressed. It's a very nice space with seasonal outdoor seating very close to the center of... More

Visiting Saratoga Springs, and unfamiliar with the area, my wife and I decided to eat at Limoncello strictly by chance. We picked a winner! I had the polenta appetizer (grilled polenta with porcini mushrooms), a mixed greens salad, and capellini positano with shrimp (capellini with fresh tomato, olive oil, garlic, and shrimp). My wife had the salad, followed by ravioli... More

Two couples and we stopped for just wine and apps. The owners Giancarlo & Nancy couldn't have been nicer and welcomed us warmly. The apps were out of this world and the wine was great. Also the home-made limoncello hit the spot. We will definitely return and enjoy dinner in the future.

We've dined here half a dozen times over the course of four years without disappointment. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere pleasant and leisurely. We've enjoyed eating outside, also. The owners are friendly and personable and we highly recommend any of the limoncello dishes and drinks.

Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. My daughter and I came here the night before a college visit and were exhausted after an 8 hour drive. We sat down and ordered spaghetti and a pear salad. It was the best sauce we have ever had. The people there are amazing and I would defiantly recommend coming here.

Limoncello is our go-to. They almost always have a free table, and the carpaccio Classico, linguine e vongole, chicken parmigiana and, yes, limoncello are some of the best in the area. Sit outside on the surprisingly quiet and intimate patio. The service is always wonderfully inviting and friendly. Even though it is very much a grown-up atmosphere, the staff always... More

Went here with a group of friends during Restaurant Week. Atmosphere and service very good. Food so-so. Appetizer of fried calamari very fresh and light. Pasta e fagioli was unlike anything I have ever had. Firstly, it was white, pureed and not hot at all. When we questioned if we actually had the correct dish, we were told yes, that... More
