This place puts Starbucks to shame. Great selection of coffee and tea. Best bagels I've ever had in my life hands down. And I'm a nyc boy. The sandwich selection is great and yummy desserts. I always stop in when in Saratoga Springs plenty of seating right downtown perfect spot.

If you like to support independent coffee shops, and like good coffee, Uncommon Grounds is the place to go in Saratoga. I've never eaten there, but I have enjoyed the coffee many times, and really appreciate the many different choices of drinks available. It's also a great place to hang out; there's a hipster intellectual vibe to the place, owing... More

Decent coffee; WONDERFUL, GREAT, DELICIOUS BAGELS (!!!; perfect crust, moist inside, tons of toppings: not just bread called a bagel! ); great location, especially if you are a pedestrian, want to hang out&/or people watch passerbys on Broadway. Parking can be a challenge (especially depending on the time of year) & line can get long, but usually moves fairly quickly... More

Wow, this place is packed! Even on a Saturday at 4pm, we could barely get in the door. That says something! Their coffee was perfectly roasted, and they had enough 'fixings' to make even the biggest coffee snob happy. I would have loved to have bought some of their bread, but we declined. Can't wait to go back!

Stopped to get a tea over the weekend and just the ambiance of the place is great! Not only was the tea delicious and served with a smile, but the options of pastries amongst other delicacies was great. They even offered numerous selections to personalize your beverage from Equal (not often found), Sweet N Low and Sugar to honey, half... More

My wife, daughter and I go here with friends every Saturday. The place has amazing bagels, coffee and tea. You won't find a better bagel in New York State outside of NYC. Their iced mochas are amazing!

Plenty of space to enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate. Bagels are okay too but of course, not NY City bagels.

You will find me pretty much every day of the week at the UG when I'm in town, I love the place. The soups are dynamite and the hot drinks are great. The wifi is always great and the place has that kinda comfy feeling where you can hang out and relax with a coffee for hours. The regulars are... More

Don't let long lines scare you. Lines move quickly and plenty of good seating. Fresh bagels are great. The "schmear" of cream cheese is plenty whereas the regular amount is grossly excessive (for me). Good coffee. Three bathrooms. Plenty of outlets for laptops.

We always stop by for a cup of coffee and sometimes a bagel sandwich. I call this hit or miss, because sometimes the coffee is just great, and sometimes it is bitter, like the espresso machine needs cleaning or the roast was overdone. The bagel are fantastic though - and you can get a bag of "day old" that taste... More
