better crepes and fries than Montreal

Been to Paris and Montreal a lot and the crepes here are as good as or better than the best I have had there. And the fries? Oh the fries! None better anywhere I have ever had them. Even in Paris many places no longer double fry them. Cut just right, fried to utter perfection. In Montreal nowadays... read more

This place is always packed but serves freshly made crepes that are worth the wait! Also their house made whip cream is delicious! The french fries are yummy as ever! This is a "must go" to place when in Saratoga Spring!

We make it a point to eat at Ravenous every year that we come here for the Dance Flurry. They have a wonderful selection of both sweet and savory crepes. It's a cute place, and you can eat family style if you wish. It's under new management, but it hasn't lost it's charm. The new owners/chefs were very friendly!

I can't wait to try dinner at Ravenous! The Sunday Brunch was very good. Facility is very small. You will wait for a table, but worth it!

Though not usually open on Mondays, they were open on MLK Day. Thank goodness! We get so tired of of the same salads, burgers, sandwiches, etc. The place is very small but we luckily stumbled into two seats at the window. Fortunately and unfortunately they were directly over a very strong heat vent. We tried the Moroccan green mint tea...... More

The food and service were okay, but just that. I ordered a sweet crepe with fresh strawberries. The plate was tiny, the crepe cold, and I would have rather had non fresh berries, these were totally without flavor. My sons had savory crepes which were better, but still nothing you'd come back for. The fries were really good.

Arguably the best creperie located on the corridor between NYC and Montreal. Small place (single toilet unisex bathroom) that does a brisk lunch and brunch business. While the crepes are tasty and varied, don't expect large portions. Turbo carb your meal with their delicious twice-fried frites and dipping sauces. Add one of their ales and you're good to go.

Decided to try something different for restaurant week. This is when local restaurants do a prix fixe dinner for $ 20. This was wonderful. The pomme frites were very good excellent sauce selection. The crepes were good and very filling. Worth another trip back.

Very slow service that cannot be avoided when they have only two crepe grills to serve the entire restaurant. Even worse, they are not even making the crepes fresh when you order. They take them off a stack of pre-made crepes and reheat them with the fillings inside.

Nice little out-of-the-way eatery in Saratoga Springs. Gets crowded around lunch so best to go at an off time. A variety of fillings, both sweet and savory, and the pommes frites with a choice of dipping sauces are fun to try. I enjoyed the "Taj Mahal" crepe which featured a delicious Indian curry flavor and my husband had the "Mama... More
