Food is always good, service likewise. Was there for Mothers Day brunch and it was very good. Pricey!! This includes wine too, but as they say you get what you pay for. Recommend for sure.

We were not expecting fine dining when we came here for dinner, and there were some highs and lows. We started with PEI mussels and French onion soup. The first flavor we noticed was salt. The soup had a rich broth that was ruined by over-salting. The soup did have lots of cheese gratinéed on top with crisp croutons. The... More

Been going there for years, has been going downhill, female bartender there, was so nasty, And rude, left, immediately, expensive drinks and not even a decent pour,,they are becoming More of a catering hall, then a hands on restaurant, noisy to boot, and always cold, not going Back anytime soon

The restaurant was great with a very comfortable and romantic atmosphere. We were seated right next to a the fireplace which was nice. The portions are HUGE! and you get so much with the romance package we booked since we were staying at the Inn next door. Overall food was good and we enjoyed our dinner.

We are visiting from Indiana for a special day! Our daughter baptized a child in Albany, NY and the dinner was held at Longfellows! An excellent experience all-around: attentive servers, perfect presentation, tasty food, and large portions. Being a restauranteur and caterer, I give the Longfellows team A+ and 5 stars!

My friend and I got tired of the restaurants downtown and decided to venture out tonight. Thankfully we ended at Longfellows, everything was great, service, ambiance, food was some of the best I've ever had. A bit pricy but well worth it! I will be back!

We tried Longfellows food for dinner after our son booked his wedding there for next year. There were five in our party and we all ordered different entrees, and all were delicious. Some of the portions were very large, but to-go boxes took care of that. Bread and a salad came with the dinner entrees, and the value was good... More

Longfellows restaurant has been in business for many years and I have visited on many occasions. My husband and I recently met another couple for dinner at this restaurant. The architecture of the various rooms offer a differing ambiance depending where you sit. Generally, most areas tend to be lively and thus a quiet more intimate experience for two people... More
