Great food, great hosptality, and a great new space. We feature a classic bar and lounge, beautiful dining room and an amazing raised terrace for outdoor dining right on Broadway. Everything we serve we make here. One of our new features are homemade sausages and burgers cooked over lump charcoal. Our mission is to "put the love on the plate". Our culinary team is the most talented and most passionate team in the area. Our service staff has the power to "just say yes" to all customer's needs and wishes. We also feature a great Chef's table that accomodates up to 14 people. A perfect setting for a celebration. We serve great food in a casual and fun atmosphere with no pretense and warm hospitality. Please understand absolutely no reservations are accepted on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor dining is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations made are for inside only.

Celebrated surprise 50th bday party.

Booked Maestro's for party of nine for husband's 50th bday. Great, attentive staff. Pricey, but was forewarned. Portions are small for amount charged. Ate the Lobster ravioli, only got 4 ravioli pieces. Didn't feel satisfied. Son enjoyed the duck dish.

4th of July lunch. Scrumptious lobster roll and Bloody Mary's on their beautiful terrace while watching the parade! Serendipity!

Was invited to a special dinner with friends and was seated in a private dining room near the bar. Impressive decor and room was waiting for us upon arrival. One of the guests requested that Benny be our waiter and was accommodated. His cheerful smile greeted us as members of our party arrived. Benny even remembered the names of some... More

This is a must-do if you are in Saratoga Springs. We sat on the large porch for dinner and it was lovely. After dinner we went into the bar for a nightcap and to Listen to Tim Wechgelaer play the guitar. It was very relaxing and everyone was professional and friendly throughout the evening.

I went to Maestro's with a group and so we were upstairs. It's nice large, very Florida feeling room--you know, everything was creamy and soulless. I can't quite put my finger on it but the staff really wasn't with it. Whether it was their lack of experience or the other things going on at Maestro's( kitchen/management drama) but they always... Maestros is sporting a new chef with a paired down lunch menu. My lunch was good but not great. The menu is a shadow of its former self. My BBQ brisket sandwich was good but a bit dry. The fries were very good. The service was excellent but I miss the originality of the old menu. The inside room remains... More

My wife and I had dinner here last Saturday and we were very surprised that a place this busy with such a large seating capacity could hVe food of this quality with preparation and taste to be as good as anywhere in Saratoga. We have had dinner any times at this chefs previous establishment, this restaurant was very small in... More

Dinner last night ( 6.23.2015) on the beautiful porch was excellent. My wife had salmon with a mango rice preparation and I had seared sea scallops over lobster risotto. Both were excellent. The venue is second to none in this area and the service was spot on from start to finish. So glad to have new management at Maestro's, they... More

This used to be our favorite restaurant in Saratoga Springs. When we returned this year, the decor had been entirely changed and when we inquired, we found that the restaurant had changed owners and chefs.. We always Maestro's food to be outstanding and were disappointed to find this meal average at best. I hope that things improve, otherwise this will... More

Wonderful lunch menu - ate on the porch with a friend. Had the arugula salad with Salmon. The salmon was huge and cooked to perfection. Our server was very professional and friendly. Love this place every time!
