Description: Great food, great hosptality, and a great new space. We feature a classic bar and lounge, beautiful dining room and an amazing raised terrace for outdoor dining right on Broadway. Everything we serve we make here. One of our new features are homemade sausages and burgers cooked over lump charcoal. Our mission is to "put the love on the plate". Our culinary team is the most talented and most passionate team in the area. Our service staff has the power to "just say yes" to all customer's needs and wishes. We also feature a great Chef's table that accomodates up to 14 people. A perfect setting for a celebration. We serve great food in a casual and fun atmosphere with no pretense and warm hospitality. Please understand absolutely no reservations are accepted on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor dining is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations made are for inside only.

My friends and I went one night in Jan and we had the lobster Mac and cheese it was pretty good. My husband has the filet and he said it was just average. The best part is the location and their wonderful patio for drinks during the summer.

They do it right here- from the moment you are seated and given the complimentary flatbreads and white bean dip till they send you on your way with their gift of divine dark chocolate. Start out at happy hour specials and sometimes entertainment. The choice is yours-- fixed price delicious 3- course meals reasonably priced or a la carte selections... More

The restaurant is excellent, but we like the bar area and their outside seating. Great beer selection on tap, nice selection of complimentary hors d'oeuvres, excellent small plate menu. One of the last great hotel buildings.

This was good food, and I visited for Restaurant Week. Situated on Broadway in downtown Saratoga as part of the Van Dam Hotel, it's in an ideal location. My first choice was the Rigatoni Pomodoro, which was a comfortable-sized portion, and tasted great, but the sausage was barely noticeable physically within the dish. Next up was Oeuf Chicken, an egg-battered... More

We ate at Maestro's this past weekend and it was nice. I had the diver scallop dish, which would have been perfect if the hash wasn't over salted. Be sure to ask them to taste the dish before serving it to you to make sure it is not too salty. Otherwise that dish was amazing, the scallops were cooked perfectly... More

We absolutely love Maestro's. The wait staff are professional and knowledgeable. The bartenders will make you feel right at home. It's an intimate atmosphere. The food is always incredible: cooked just right, presented beautifully. Even a dessert I was once hesitant to order (but I did anyway because I like to try new things and expand my palette), I loved... More

This is a very nice restaurant, with pleasing atmosphere and good service. We enjoyed our meals, but both felt that the chef used too much salt in preparing them.

The food is amazing at Maestros. It's reasonably priced with good atmosphere and impeccable service. Try sitting on the porch in nice weather. It's a great way to people watch in Saratoga.

Every time I have had a meal at Maestros it has been delicious. The entrees are creative and have a reasonable portion size (not a big mound of food) and are always very tasty with a wonderful presentation! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A definite favorite!
