Great food, great hosptality, and a great new space. We feature a classic bar and lounge, beautiful dining room and an amazing raised terrace for outdoor dining right on Broadway. Everything we serve we make here. One of our new features are homemade sausages and burgers cooked over lump charcoal. Our mission is to "put the love on the plate". Our culinary team is the most talented and most passionate team in the area. Our service staff has the power to "just say yes" to all customer's needs and wishes. We also feature a great Chef's table that accomodates up to 14 people. A perfect setting for a celebration. We serve great food in a casual and fun atmosphere with no pretense and warm hospitality. Please understand absolutely no reservations are accepted on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor dining is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations made are for inside only.

Fantastic service during restaurant week!

My husband and I dined here for restaurant week. We had a lovely meal. We both chose the Caesar salad to begin with which was very nice. We then had the Mahi Mahi with the lemonade onions. It was delicious ! My husband chose bread pudding for dessert and I had the cookies. Yum! I have to add that... read more

Stopped in for lunch while passing through town. The restaurant decoy was very modern and everything was very clean. We were greeted right away by the friendly hostess, and seated immediately. Our waitress was AMAZING! So friendly and gracious. I ordered the onion bisque to start. It was one of the best soups I have ever had (that is saying... More

Several of my friends and I hosted a wedding shower upstairs at Maestro's and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the room beautiful and the waitstaff first rate. We had a group of about 60 for a luncheon, salad and a hot meal. The service was timely and efficient and the food hot and tasty. Our three... More

We went for the prix fixe Sunday dinner. Nice appetizer, good bread. Really nice salad. My wife loved her braised beef shank. Service was attentive, almost too much. When I ordered the chicken Parmesan I had a momentary flash of doubt - after all this is not an Italian restaurant - but I had a taste for it. Trust your... More

Visited the restaurant for lunch last week. The menu featured many appetizers and numerous sandwiches. Ordered some of each. All very tasty and well presented. Such a friendly staff that you want to go back.

My husband & I enjoyed another visit to Maestro's. We are always thrilled with our dinning experience here. The menu is very well thought out, and has some unique touches. Always offering fresh ingredients we are seldom disappointed. We enjoyed the Butternut Squash Ravioli for our appetizers and the rich filling was like comfort food. Our entree's were the Maple... Had forgotten the restaurant was undergoing many changes and was looking for a venue to have dinner with close friends to celebrate an occasion. Knew CIA grad Danny Petrosino was involved as a partner and always appreciated his cooking expertise- so why not have dinner there. The new remodel is fantastic and was told it was all finished in 12... More

Love Maestros esp when its quieter & not race season. They had many enticing specials and options on the food & drinks menu. (although I'm not an Oyster fan). Nice evening.

I had lunch at Maestro's with a group of ladies and was underwelmed to say the least. I had the lobster salad which was a minuscule portion and way overpriced.. The room was very noisy so conversation was difficult. With so many places to choose from in Saratoga Springs I will not be going back..
