After a day at the Saratoga race track, we had an excellent dinner here. Located in the heart of town, right across the street from a parking garage (free parking) and 1.5 miles from the track. They have the Tuscan feel down pat. Very good service, authentic dishes done well, and a bar that knows what it is doing. They... More

The food was great as was the service. The noise made it hard to talk so not a place for a nice date

The restaurant is located on a side street in the center of town. We set out side where it was less noisy and we could hear the music and each other. The service was very nice but the food was just ok for the price. The main dishes were served cold but we did not bother to send it back.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Excellent service. The wine list is very good with some reasonably priced wines. Food is very good. It was our second visit and we plan to return in the future.

Delicious pork astobucco, fried calimari, wine selection and service. Truly a top quality expensive restaurant. But not for romantic dinner or quiet conversation... Server had to raise voice to be heard. We were a family of five adults and were okay with loud chatter across the table but it's too bad tables are so close together which increases number of... Lovely Italian restaurant. Very attentive and professional waitstaff. Owner came to our table to make sure we were enjoying everything. My daughter and I ordered the pasta. They were excellent. I wish we had a bigger appetite because I would have like to sample their other dishes.

We haven't been to Chianti Il Ristorante for a while, but have heard some good things recently. We decided to give them a visit and were quite pleased. Our waiter (Jonathan) was very good. We shared an appetizer and each had a delicious pasta dish.

Chianti is part of a "chain" of restaurants in the Saratogs Springs area but their food is not reminiscent of a chain. They use quality ingredients and offer unique options. We had a carpaccio appetizer that was prepared 3 different ways and it was excellent. I had a gluten free pasta dish that was also very good. Portion sizes are... More

We really enjoyed the food, but our dinner with friends was disturbed by the noise level in the room. Even being away from the very noisy bar, we couldn't help but hear the conversation of the table next to us. The service was excellent, the portions generous and the food interesting and well prepared. Just don't go for the atmosphere.
