I went here several times during my visit and tried a slice of pizza, a ready-made burrito, and a made-to-order burrito, which were all excellent. The made-to-order burrito was exceptional. The atmosphere is similar to a college pizza shop. It's not somewhere you would want to take a date, but you'll be glad you went there.

Cannot come to Saratoga and not stop to get a Doughboy......a staple late night food and possibly even daytime......also offer pizza and other related foods but again, have to include a Doughboy in your order

Esperanto has great food for late night with a great location. Many carb options and a few salads. Also, you can sometimes get them at SPAC for a quick veggie burrito. Just off the main street in Saratoga Springs...Esperanto's on Caroline Street has homemade food from Mexican to Mediterranean. We stopped in quick during an event and it was busy! The workers were fast though and were able to keep the line moving. We got 2 original Doughboys and they were amazing! Home of the dough boy, the must-try little cheese filled bread thingy about the size of a hot dog that was really, really good. It's a Saratoga classic, especially with the students from Skidmore down the street and Siena (where I attended) down the road. And I always love to hit the local classics. This place is on Caroline, it's a little hidden. Doesn't look like much, it's just a little pizza style joint. Decent prices - great for late night munchies. And.... Dough Boys=cheesy, chicken, creamy dough wrapped goodness. Enough said.

My fiance raves about the doughboys, but I think they are just alright. Some of the specialty items are unique. Very little sitting room. Employees were friendly.
