Pleasant surprise on the East side of the Mississippi. Looking for a place to watch the game while I am on the road. Just what I was missing, but I did not know it at the time. A great selection of Tequila. Friendly patrons and staff. Great acoustic live music. excellent set list. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Have eaten here on several occasions with out of town visitors and have never had a bad meal. Terrific margaritas:). Chips and salsa are fresh and delish. Meals can be little pricey as can the drinks. Service has been either great or subpar. Nice atmosphere. Will go again.

The salsa tastes like chopped tomatoes with lime juice. Very bland though fresh. The kids meals do not come with rice and beans unlike Leon's. The kids liked the burrito and make your own soft tacos. My chili relleno was odd and way below average. It was undercooked and had too little melted cheese plus an odd goat cheese flavor... More

Main street Mexican restaurant served real margaritas - not the watered-down version most places serve. The enchiladas were light and tasty, and were served with chips and salsa. This was a very nice, inexpensive meal. I would go back.

The atmosphere is very warm & welcoming. The complimentary corn chips & salsa tasted as if they had just been freshly made. The Mexican Street Corn was delicious but could have been just a little hotter. The Chicken Chimichangas was crispy and tasty. The toppings along with the rice & black beans were spot on.

What other reviewers were right about: food is cold, service is less than average, and it's _very_ long. Positive : a long list of tequilas. Imported Negra Modelo beer. Negative : Everything else. Nothing is Mexican - in fact they never heard of sangrita or banderita - and the menu is cheap USA Tex Mex (think Taco Bell). They brought... More

We enjoyed our meal. I had the Lobster Burrito. Different and yummy. My husband had the Short Robs Chimichanga. Both were very good.

After walking out of Istanblue (which I posted about earlier), we had no place to go. One guy in out party of 6 suggested Cantina, so we took a chance. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us, and I remain grateful. Fabulous salsa, average pitcher of margaritas, average food, lots of noise. But I'm not complaining, just trying to give...
