Average at best and that's being generous. The service is bad, coffee just warm, food choices always same except for a couple of specials. It's just not that great, what more can I say?

We enjoyed a great breakfast here, with awesome coffee. It was a cold, rainy day and the warm ambiance, the friendly staff, and the hearty breakfast made for a great start to the day.

On our Saranac stay we had three meals here! The staff was so friendly any request we had was taken care of without hesitation. One night for dinner I had chicken piccatta with balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. For lunch I had an amazing veggie burger made from corn, grains and I am not sure what else, served on their ciabatta... More

During the course of a several day visit to Saranac Lake, we had the pleasure dining not once, not twice, but three times with a collection of friends and family. Ultimately, we had a breakfast, brunch and a dinner here and we were happy each time with the service (although they were short-staffed on 8/31), the variety of selections available... More

My fiance and I had a perfect breakfast at Blue Moon Cafe. Coffee was great. Eggs and muffins were great. Excellent service. It was busy the next day, though, and we couldn't wait for a table! We were disappointed.

I had many lovley lunches, dinners and breakfast offereings on a recent trip to Saranac Lake. The food was wholesome and delicious. The coffee the best in the area.. and the staff were to the Moon! I think you should try this establishment when you travel in the area, I thoroughly enjoyed each meal and the kind and skilled folks... More

I make a point of stopping here for breakfast when I am in town for business. Much, much better than a hotel buffet. This is real food prepared and served by real people. The breakfast bagels are great. Coffee too.

2 breakfasts and 1 dinner. All were excellent. Visiting the Adirondack's and used SNL as our base. Will be back!

It's a fun restaurant filled with local ART, and the food is great. We had lunch; grilled chicken panini with herbed mayo and cheese on semolina sourdough and crab cakes with remoulade. The panini was grilled chicken sliced thin with a great flavor. We sat in the window and watched Saranac walk and drive by. This was a return trip... More

Blue Moon has pub grub which is plentiful to go with the brews. We had selected it because it had some seafood entrees, but the one chosen was disappointing-- it is a long way from the ocean to Saranac Lake. However, the smoked salmon appetizer was excellent, and was large enough to serve as an entree. The other dishes were... More
