Upon recommendation from our motel owners my husband and I had dinner here recently. It left a lot to be desired. My husband ordered a New York strip steak medium rare, the steak came medium well. He said it wasn't bad though not cooked properly. I ordered a Cesar salad with salmon. The salmon was tiny. The salad had wilted... More

My husband and I had dinner here and were a little disappointed with both of our meals. The fresh bread has some seasonings (maybe rosemary and sage, not sure) that I do not care for, but my husband thought was excellent. The salads have nice, fresh romaine lettuce, but again, there was a seasoning used in the salad dressing that... More

2nd time here, food and service still great. I am still amazed that this place was a burger king you can't tell from inside or outside (except for drive thru window). Amazing transformation. Walking distance from the Partridge Cottage House

Every time we come up north we look forward to coming here. Nice ambiance, great food, great service. The prices are decent for the meals we have gotten. Often we have gotten the specials and they were just right.

The prices are above average the service was excellent. There was little ambiance, but that seems to be the case with roads that have been under construction for what ? 25 years? They can't make a whiskey sour ( not many can anymore) Prices are too high to bring kids. But it was a good experience.

The staff was great, but the food was so so. Eggplant Parm was greasy and tasteless. The Veggie Lasagne was pretty good, but nothing we ate was fantastic. The marinara sauce was again pretty good. Probably a "safe" place to get mediocre food, but don't expect to be Wow'ed.

This is a wonderful place to eat. On a sunny day, the outside deck is lovely. On a winter day, the views of the ice palace are a bonus!

My boyfriend & I went to Lake Placid for a weekend get away, & saw great reviews about Nonna Fina. They were lies. He ordered the alfredo with chicken, & I had their special for the night, grilled NY strip with shrimp and scampi sauce, with "roasted" mashed potatoes. The worst meals we've ever had. The only flavor to the... More

I have eaten there a few times & the food is very good... I feel that you get plenty of food for the price & it is a nice atmosphere... I was hesitant to try eating there at first because I felt it was a bit too upscale for me since I am more of a greasy spoon type of... More

We are locals and have eaten here on many different occasions. During April schools are closed for 2 weeks and many places close for a week - so call before you head out. The staff is friendly and large enough portions if you have an either soup or appetizer before the main entrée. Dress is casual.
