Clearly some of the best food in the Adarondack area. Mostly take out as there are only three tables. We bring our own wine and glasses and have a wonderful time. Portions are large enough for more than one, and the dining delights (menu) changes regularly. Paradox Lodge Restaurant is no more.....Long live Eat 'n Meet.

Had a great meal at Eat 'n Meet! Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with chard and Tucker's salad. So good, so fresh. My entree was huge, but I had to eat the whole thing! Do not miss this restaurant. Remember to bring your own containers to be more eco friendly.

Ordered two takeout meatloaf meals with blueberry pie for dessert. The meatloaf was delic as were the accompanying mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. But the blueberry pie, made with freshly picked berries, was just awesome. Not too sweet. Huge portion. Yummy!

After reading an article in Adirondack Life, I took my friend to the Meet and Greet. I had Poutine just like in the article (my first Poutine) and she had a reuben. We waited a long time, but there was a sign on the counter saying everything was home made on the spot so expect to wait. We waited a... More

This is the best place to eat up in North Country and I don't know what I'd put in second place. Nothing approximates this. The food is made to order, so there's a wait. Who cares. This is the most personal dining experience you can find for these prices. I had the braised short-ribs and they were truly remarkable. The... More

Every plate I have had there was amazing. The meat is always cooked to perfection. The restaurant is a little on the small side but don't let that fool you there food is perfect.

While nothing spectacular we still had the best lunch in Saranac Lake Village. The hamburger was large cooked a little well done and the ham and cheese sandwich was very good with a lot of ham. The French fries were better than average. The price was relatively reasonable.

The variety of items changes frequently but every item is delicious and contains a big helping of meat. The Reuben is excellent and the gyros are superb. For the non meat eaters the vegetarian items are flavorful and served in plentiful portions. Get the menu online, call ahead, and enjoy.

This place is an excellent choice for people looking to enjoy each others company and really good food. My wife and in laws had a great meal here in June. The food is all made to order fresh, they even slice their own bacon! I read that it took about an hour to get your food here so we went... More

Not what I expected. Better! Great food prepared and cooked to order dish by dish. Nothing fancy in décor...the food doesn't need it. Its comfort food plain and simple. Big portions. Expect to wait up to 75 minutes for your food unless you call ahead. Oh yeah....if you like Brussels sprouts don't miss out on ordering them. Ditto the very... More
