We took a short bike ride from Baron's Cove to Estia's for breakfast during a recent stay. Worth every peddle. Wonderful food and a warm and welcoming staff. I can imagine that it would be packed in the height of the season. Inside dining or you can sit outside, literally in the vegetable garden. A Mexican twist on breakfast. You... More

This place is a great little breakfast(mainly) place that also has lunch and dinner sometimes. It's small and on weekends it can have long waits. I love the Huevos Rancheros, and all the food is good. I don't go a lot because it gets over run with tourists(as well as locals),but it gets over run because its good.

Every time I come visit my buddy in a Sag Harbor I have to have at least one meal if not more at Estia's. The food is always incredibly fresh and the taste and flavors are a delight. To top it off the service is super friendly and gracious. It's hard to recommend any one particular dish because every dish... More

Coming through Sag Harbor, I knew I wanted to check out this place. It was everything I wanted: friendly, good food, good service, and a nice setting. When we got here, we weren't seated immediately but at least it was a nice day to stand outside. We only waited about 5 minutes before they opened up another room for patrons... More

Great food in a tiny out of the way place. Looks like family run, everything fresh and well presented. Menu unusual and interesting, and food was fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

A friend and I were lucky enough to discover Estia's on our way back to New York City from a weekend in Montauk (due to a "planned" detour to Sag Harbor) and were extremely happy to have done so! The place is small and was very busy when we arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday, but the staff was prompt... More

Love little Estias! This place is a staple breakfast spot. Staff is so friendly, food is awesome. But yes there's a catch- get there early and prepare to wait for a table- especially in the summer. Try in the fall or spring to get the best experience. Amazing spot

You can tell by the always-packed parking area, this place has a lock on popularity with its Latin-inflected menu of great breakfast and lunch and early dinner options. The staff could not be more accommodating. The food is delicious if not for the diet conscious and you get to see everyone who is anyone in the Hamptons.

There is not much to debate here - Estia's has the best breakfast in the Hamptons. Consistent quality, fresh ingredients, quick service, and a friendly staff. You can eat healthy (A's Pop, oatmeal, etc) or go for it all with George's Ranch, chocolate chip pancakes, or any of their omelettes. Everything is good. Go early during the summer, or anytime...
