Went there with a group of friends. Lovely china. Lovely ambiance. Service was a tad slow although attentive. When you are with a group everyone has something different. Some lunch, some tea. This could be why. I had the teas service and it was presented beautifully. Finger sandwiches, scones were fantastic, lovely little cakes, clotted cream and jam. Very enjoyable.... More

My wife has been here several times and has trying to get me to go. I was little apprehensive, boy was I wrong. Had lunch here and they had to roll me out of there. It's a quaint little restaurant, seats about 30 people. Had a one o'clock reservation on a Monday, place was packed. First they started us with... More

Went there twice this week....once for lunch....and tonight for dinner. Absolutely two of the best meals we have every ate out. Lunch - Seafood Crepes....amazing. Hubby had the Shephard's Pie - perfect! The bread pudding is made with brioche and croissants. We had the white chocolate/raspberry one and it was decadent and wonderful! Dinner - Pesto Caesar Salad, Mussels, and... More

Great for a leisurely lunch with the girls! Nice menu choice and of course delicious tea. But if you are in a rush, skip it because the service and kitchen take their time (which is a good thing!)

Very lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Nicely decorated and ambiance. Tasty tea and food but a bit pricey. Nice for an occasional meeting with a friend.

I've been here twice and have not been disappointed. It is a nice place to unwind and relax. Both times I've reserved the window seats ahead of time and both times came for their tea service. I have never seen such an extensive list of different flavored teas available. They have black, green, herbal and fruit teas in many different... More

A fabulous five course dinner including wine pairing for only $40 per person has got to be the deal of the century. A warm server seated us and promptly brought a sparkling Sake and a breadbasket consisting of scones, carrot bread and corn muffins along with a Ginger & Orange Salad. Machego Croquetas with a spicy mayo dip to die... More

I went to the Chat Noir on Sunday for the first time and I fell in love. My cousins took my sister and I there for our birthday brunch and it was just simply delicious. It is a small restaurant but very cute and warm. Our server was very friendly and recommended some delicious teas. We had the very berry... More

I cannot tell you about tea and scones. I can tell you that they had a 5 course dinner ($35) with wine paired for each course. I expected both small portions from both the food and wine. Wrong! The food was nothing short of delicious. They asked that the wine be rated. Very enjoyable evening. Service was efficient. I recommend... More
