My family has been going here for three generations, and time after time they are #1. We've done the comparisons against a lot of major bakeries in town, side by side they win every time!

Growing up in Rochester, Savoia's provided most of our celebratory cakes (birthdays, graduation, engagement, etc). I never truly appreciated all the work and dedication that the Savoia crew puts into their baked goods until I moved away and started making trips home just to get incredible breads, cookies, cannoli's, and other incredible creations (with the visit with family being the... This bakery still has the best frog cupcakes in town!!! They do them every year around this time, and some grocery stores try to make them, but Savoia's are absolutely the best!!! They also have an Easter rhino (which I've never seen anywhere else!). It's perfect for one of my family members, so I get one of those every year,... More

I have been going to Savoia's since 1959. When it was located on North Street it was just around the corner from our house. My mom would give me 50 cents and I would be off to but two cheese cannoli. A lemon ice cone was only a nickel at the time. It was a great treat. I thought it... More

I grew up going to Savoia's every Sunday after church! It was probably one of those things my mom and dad did to me and my sister so we'd behave throught church, knowing if we didnt then no cookies! As time goes on Savoia's expands and still gets better! I've been to Carlo's Bakery from the show Cake Boss (staring... More

Before you set foot in the door you can smell the sweet aroma of bread baking and other delectables. The bakery is roomy, and very clean and well organized. The dilema is trying to decide what to purchase. Everything is a feast for the eyes and the flavor does not disappoint. We purchased an assortment of Italian cookies, a slice... More

Growing up around Savoia's, we were able to walk there all the time and did we ever! Now it's just a short drive, but still must be done. Best cakes, cookies and pastries I've ever had, including famous bakeries I've tried. Always end up back at Savoia, nothing can compare!

My son took me to Savoia for the first time but it certainly won't be my last. Their window displays of wedding cakes and other special pastries shows what a professional pastry chef is capable of. We bought raisin bread, blueberry strudel and of course some donuts. So many goodies, so little time!
