I stop in every once in awhile. I'll return bottles from the week and use that money to buy lunch. The foods are of various value. 2 weeks ago I enjoyed one of their lobster rolls and a very tasty chocolate moose. This week, I got a some salmon sushi and a few meat items off their lunch bar. However... More

Self service by weight. The range of options is extensive both hot and cold. Continuously refreshed so the dishes are always fresh and hot.

Ok, so I love getting fish, but most places deep fry so long that by the time you go to eat it, it's oozing oil out. I had the fish from the hot bar and it was perfection! Not a drop of oil came out or seeped onto my plate! It was delicious!!!!!!! Don't miss it if you love fish!!!!!!!!!

For a Restaurant inside of a supermarket this is the best ! Every grocery chain could learn a lot from this team. I have traveled far and never have seen such a display of variety and freshness of salads, fruits and to-go meals. Being a vegetarian and living an alkaline lifestyle it is not easy when traveling to find meals... More

I had lived in Rochester years ago, I return often, and usually go to Wegmans at some point for a quick lunch. There is some very good stuff here, but there is also a lot of garbage here (not garbage plates :). The Asian food was deep fried, and unappealing. The salad bar looked trashed to me (not trash plates... More

Hilarious that this is included, but so very true. Rochesterians would probably starve or resort to eating Ramen noodle without Wegmans Take Out. I eat from prepared foods at least 4 times a week. I love Wegmans so much.

We had to grab prepared foods as we were staying in a hotel. Plenty of choices. Staff is always friendly & helpful (we have food allergies). I have been to MANY Wegmans...this is a good one...you'll find something here.

Again, our family and does the majority of grocer shopping there, but the food in all of their cafés are way too expensive for warmed up food. They charge by the pound. A small breakfast cost approximately $7.00...the eggs were cold and it was obvious the food was reheated leftovers.

Anything from sushi to submarine sandwhiches with which they use bread made from a special recipe they paid a local small sandwhich shop for that tastes "out of this world. A wee bit on the expensive side seeing as how this is a grocery store. There is plenty to satisfy any craving

Easy, healthy, declicous...on the go, for your family or just a quick meal. Wegman's is the best for quality, cleanilness and variety. So many choices you will have to go back for more on another visit. I highly recommend Wegmen's.
