I love to go to Roncone's with my friends every now and then - great food, home-like cooking, non-pretentious atmosphere.

Old Rochester at it's best. Classic Italian food. Generous portions, pleasant wait staff, delicious food, not at all overpriced.

We went expecting a treat. Found average food in average to well worn setting. More of a lunch stop than an Italian dinner adventure. Meatballs were very unremarkable. They do have lots of servers and help.

The food is delicious, the prices good, the service good ... tables are a little close (unless you are trying to meet your neighbor!)

I am a gourmet cook of 30+ years and a very demanding diner, you absolutely cannot find better Italian in Rochester!
