Phillips has the some of the best desserts I've ever had. There's several options to choose from on display and they are all so rich and decadent. Great for celebrating a special occasion or just for a day out with the girls :)

This was our first time at the restaurant and it was wonderful. I called to make reservations for my husbands birthday and they ask if you have a table preference, I told her we had never been there and she said she would make it very nice. They had a private booth set in a corner that was very romantic... More

After reading the menu we decided to have dinner at this establishment. Very disappointing. The Escargot were very bland, lacked the usual garlic flavor with garlic butter sauce. The sauce was watery and no taste. The caesar salad likewise lacked taste. I ordered the Shrimp scampi on rice. The shrimp were not cooked through. Secondly the rice was drenched in a... More

After a full day of sightseeing and eatting we couldnt pass up this bakery for sweets - loved the dining room - very cozy and even tho it was late the service was great - dessert display was really good - and we had a fun time -nice way to end the night.

We've been dining at Phillips since the mid 90's although in recent years only make it once or twice a year. We had dinner there on Saturday (celebrating my birthday) and it was just as great as ever. My steak and shrimp with the delicious creamy sauce was so good - hardly needed a knife the meat was so tender.... More

The three of us had lunch here and all enjoyed our choices. The favorite was an angel hair pasta with artichokes, second, was a spinach salad with warm bacon dressing and the last but still delicious a corned beef sandwich. The mushroom soup and wedding soup were also good. The service was attentive but not overly so, the desserts looked fantastic... More

Very reasonable lunch place for fine dining. The tuna croissant was really packed with tuna, not gooey just tasty. The best was the walnut chocolate chip pie ( warm) with vanilla ice cream! TO die for!

Over the summer, I was bombarded with coupons for Phillips. Now I see why. The food has gone so far downhill that I wonder if this place can survive on desserts alone. Responding to their Monday Chicken French special, 3 friends and I went there for dinner. What a mistake! The chicken was LITERALLY inedible ... and uncuttable. I joked... More

It's a restaurant but we always go gorgeous desert. You have your choice of absolutely the largest selection of deserts you will ever find in a restaurant. They are a chocolate lovers delight! You will have so many choices it will be difficult to decide. Their cheesecakes are delicious, creamy and they have a great selection too. Pecan caramel is... More

Stopped at this restaurant for a late lunch in a recent visit to Rochester. Surprised at the number of people for a late Friday afternoon. The first thing you notice is a beautiful dessert case. The decor is very homey with curtains on the windows and attractive booths and tables. We ordered sandwiches, a Reuben and grilled chicken. They were... More
