The service and speed of service is very fast = the food is fresh, well presented, and tasty. The sushi is satisfactory, a number of standard dim sum but look through the menu a lot of hidden specialities - I had a Thai Basil Chicken ! We keep coming back!

Some Chinese, a few Thai, several Vietnamese, lots of sushi (from the co-located House of Sushi), and a couple dozen dim sum dishes are available here, and all are done pretty well. We usually mix-and-match depending on our taste that day and level of hunger. Prices are very reasonable. Service is very prompt, something that we really appreciate when we... More

Went there with a large group late night on a saturday. We were seated right away ordered food and recieved the food very fast. I have never been to a restaurant where the food came out so fast. It was dim sum so it was already made. The prices were cheap. I would go there again.

While golden port lacks the traditional dim sum carts there is a lot of good food. It is a combination dim sum/sushi menu and across the board the food is great.

This is one of the first dim sum places I have been that has a substantial vegetarian menu. That said, some of the things on the menu are a bit confusing. The veggie dumplings and buns are filled with the same filling. This filling is mysterious. All 4 people eating dinner tasted it and all of us were confused if... More

New to working in the area.and seemed to have found a fast lunch place with good taste prefect portion and very fast and good service. Similar costs as other downtown locations @ $10...unfortunately a bit high for lunch and not the 7.50 on the menu I'll be back.

Fast and friendly service - we ended up with more food than we needed for sure! The desserts were great (red bean buns, sweet custard buns & egg custard tarts). A really fun way to try several different Asian foods.

A food tour of Asia - Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Japan (sushi). They have one expansive menu at this downtown location - a favorite of the nearby Eastman School of Music crowd. We were there on a busy Thursday night which might have been the problem because the service was downright horrible. It was almost comical watching patrons try to... More

The nice thing about this place is that you can taste a lot of different dishes and mix and match. That's the idea behind dim sum. But if someone in your group wants to order a Chinese meal they can do that too. There is also an extensive sushi menu. On the night we went the place was packed and... More

I'm always dubious when a restaurant offers several ethnic foods, in this case, a variety of Chinese (both Dim Sum and traditional dishes), Thai and Japanese. But, not to worry. The Dim Sum was much-enjoyed, the Moo Shu Pork with 4 pancakes was crunchy and fresh, the pancakes tasty and pliant and up to the task to be used as... More
