Large portions and friendly service

Visited The King and I last night with family. Loved the big menu and that they could cater to gluten free options. I ordered the Tom Yum Kai as an appetizer, it was fresh and quite delicious! Also had some chicken satay that was shared with the table, so so good. I would recommend that. And for my... read more

This is one of those Thai restaurants run by Chinese people. Chinese food is fine if it's done well and not full of sodium and MSG to enhance the flavor. But when I am craving Thai food, I want it to be authentic. As with some other Thai restaurants I have visited in the U.S., they are afraid to make... More

we were taken by friends because it is one of thier favorite restaurants. I found it to be average, nothing special. I had the duck and was surprised and disappointed that the sauce was so heavy. Most of the Thai food I have had has been light and flavorful, this dish was not. Nothing wrong with the food, but I... More

The food here was OK. I love Thai food, but I've had better. This was pretty good and the price was fairly reasonable. The inside was clean, and the service was ok. I would recommend it, but don't expect exceptional food- not bad, but not fantastic either.

I was told to try this restaurant when I mentioned I was interesting in trying thai food. I was nervous about ordering, but the first page of the menu had all the dishes described in full, making you understand how each type of food was prepared and the ingredients included. Very helpful! The satay was delicious! Plenty of food -... More

I took a business client for dinner here on Tuesday evening around 6:30 PM. The place was busy (always a good sign) and my client and I were seated right away in a quiet location so we could talk. The menu is vast with so many curries and specialties. Luckily there is a guide to the menu that made it... More

This is only a so-so Thai restaurant. You can tell that the cooks (who are not Thai) make little effort to be authentic -- the chicken in the "Tom Kha Gai" is always tough like it's been pre-cooked. And there is little evidence of Kha spice in the soup. There are other so-so Thai restaurants in Rochester, so pick any... More

The restaurant was easily able to accommodate our party of 12 on the Saturday night after Thanksgiving, and the service was flawless. Everyone had different spiciness preferences, and the kitchen got every order correct. The Fried Spring Roll (2) were cooked to perfection, and the Beef Ginger was fabulous. My favorite? The Crispy Fried Tentacle, a wonderful spin on traditional... More

I love this restaurant when I am out in the area, There are a TON of restaurants out in Henrietta but we always "do lunch" here. Staff is always polite and friendly and the food is always spot on.
