My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for dinner last month, on the advice of other reviews on TripAdvisor. We wanted to try another restaurant that night but it was closed for vacation so we ended up at Bacco's. We were pleasantly greeted by waiter and owner. My boyfriend ordered the lasagna and I ordered the Veal Milanese. The veal... More

Starting with the warm greeting by Giovavanni, we felt we had chosen a special place for a dinner while visiting RIT for graduation weekend. The restaurant is located in a decent neighborhood, in an old renovated house. There are only about 12 tables, so there's a feeling that you're visiting old friends for dinner. For those wanting atmosphere, this place... More

We stayed at a nearby hotel and were too tired to drive so we looked for a local restaurant within walking distance.Upon arrival, we were a little apprehensive as it was in an older house. Warmly greeted by owner and his wife (who waited the tables). Excellent neighborhood Italian restaurant. Good wine choices at affordable prices. Don't second guess yourselves,... More

Bacco's is a great restaurant to go for a special celebration or if you just want great Italian food!! The veal dishes are so good, I don't think you can go wrong on what ever you pick!! We live in Rochester, so it's not the same as visiting 'new' places, but this is a restaurant that we return again, and again to. The food is wonderful, Italian, yes, but more of a northern flair, and while there IS pasta, my favorites are actually the veal dishes or the seafood. We love it becuase it is equally appropriate... After searching high and low for just the right venue for a friend's 10th anniversary party, we discovered Baccos Ristorante on Park Ave. Giovanni was so so so accommodating and hospitable ! He created a special menu just for our event and we felt like we were invited to someones house to have superb wine and scrumptious food. He provided... More

My wife and I went there this week, the first time in some years. We used to go regularly, but had started getting bored with the menu and found a different Italian restaurant that we liked better, Lucanos. We decided to try Bacco's again, and we have now added it back to our list of places to go. The ownership... More

I have been to Bacco's a few times and it never disappoints. The restaurant is small and cozy. It's nicely decorated for the holidays. The food is great. Loved the fettucine rustica and the cheesecake. Will definitely return!
