Myself and two friends enjoyed a nice lunch recently. Two of us had this chicken breast special served with chick peas and escarole marinated in a zesty chicken broth. Our other friend enjoyed some sort of small personal pizza which looked amazing. The chicken came and it was HUGE! It was a full chicken breast and I had to take... More

The food was authentic Italian. Sauce was like home. Wait staff very nice. The people in there were your stereotypical "Gavone" Italians: silk suits, gold jewelry, loud talking, accompanied by mindless bimbos. Worth a visit for the food and since we are visitors, we'd go back unless we get our butts kicked for this review...

There were 6 in our party out to celebrate 2 very special 4th of July birthdays. I realized that due to the location and the date 7/4 that they would be very busy, made the reservations for 8pm in hopes of watching the fireworks which are launched from the other side of the river at 10pm. We were promptly seated... More

decided to give it a second try. The food was good...not burned or cold like previous visit. We did enjoy the view on the deck area, our waitress was great. There are other wood fired places we like better, so probably won't ever go back. Beware thou...parking is horrendous..and minimal at best. Poor planning by the City of Rochester.

Good food. Good service. Great place to eat! Parking sucks though so just use valet. The place is always packed and there will probably be a wait. But it is worth it.

I couldn't believe how long the wait was, and that was when we got there and were told 1 hour. By the time we left, people were being told 2 hours and were still staying. That speaks volumes! The salad was fresh, cold and crisp. The arancini were wonderful and our pizza was as well. Service was friendly and efficient.... More

Great place for lunch or dinner on a sunny day outside patio overlooking the Genesee River! Had heard about Tony D's and finally had a chance to visit for lunch. Our server, Linda was very nice and accommodating. She is a great asset to the restaurant! Loved the baked eggplant, and pasta dish! Will try dinner next time!

This place has come into its own lately - the food quality is above average if a bit pricey but at least it is a pleasant atmosphere and the food is good.

Have eaten here several times over the past year. We always order the Arancini. The Pizza is fantastic! Even the chicken wings are unique, being baked in the pizza oven at 1000 degrees! Sometimes we have had to wait for a table, but the bar is well stocked with decent wine and beer choices. Service is always attentive.

Finally made it into Tony's. A great addition to Rochester. The pizza was delicious. The service was fantastic. Will be back....many times... Will not take me 2 years to get in here the next time.
