nestled in an old house in downtown Rochester, the Owl House serves delightfully flavored drinks, and a terrific selection of beers. The food is freshly prepared and wonderfully flavored. Look for local, in-season vegetables, lots of vegan and gluten free choices. great variety of salads, sandwiches and specials.

Went here for lunch again, we got a gift certificate and have used it twice, still some credit left on it. Have enjoyed everything we're eaten there, sausage sandwich is delicious, french fries are very special everything was cooked to perfection. Second time we went, had a really nice cocktail, good beer selection and a lunch special that was amazing.... More

Inventive menu caters for meat eaters, vegetarians and the gluten intolerant without compromising on any of them. Also serves classic sandwiches but with a fresh twist. Portions are large even the small plates. The cauliflower "wings" - cauliflower florets dusted in corn flour, flash fried and served with classic hot sauce were amazing. Setting is fun, nice patio outside. Incredible... More

What a find this is! Its a quaint little house converted into a restaurant that serves all kinds of local fresh meals from "small plates" to regular entrees. Lots of vegetarian, vegan and low carb options which made me super happy. We started with the small plate options of the tofu nuggets and the "cauli" Siracha wings. Both were wonderful.... More

I loved that the Owl House was in an old house in down town Rochester. The food was very fresh and yummy. I had an out of this world water melon salad and very tasty mushroom soup. I know it sounds kind of funny, but I also order a side of the steel cut french fries for the table and... More

They have an unique menu. I ordered the salmon with cauliflower puree and asparagus. It was nothing spectacular. The bar drinks were really good. They have kombucha beer which I haven't seen at bars before. It was a nice change from ciders that I normally have to order. The service was good. They do have a lot of options for... More

Had lunch with two friends here, one is vegetarian and the other vegan. All of us had sandwiches that were great. The service was really good and the portions were good as well. They have a nice beer and wine selection.

I love this little place. I love its aesthetic and the ambiance. I love the events they do. I love that their drinks are named after Twin Peaks characters and if you ask, they have all kinds of off-menu drinks named after other Twin Peaks characters. I love that they cater to veggie and vegan people. I just love this... More
