Sad to see them close!

tRP was awesome to go to, both for taking clients as well as dinner with my honey. I will really miss having them in town. It was great to refer clients to eat there when it was a larger corporate event! Again tRP will be missed. Hopefully we get something just as nice in!

My husband and I have been here several times. We live in NJ and we always come here when we visit Long Island wine country. The building is beautiful. It's a restored mid century bank building. We love the bar and sit by the fireplace. Food and service have always been excellent. Nice selection of NY wines.

Tried to make reservations for their regular Tuesday wine dinner and sadly determined that this dinning spot had recently closed. Too bad because my wife and I had previously enjoyed a number of excellent meals. The wait staff normally left something to be improved upon but the kitchen never disappointed .

Enjoy fresh, unique, delicious food in a fun, funky but elegant atmosphere with great service - with no pretension. It was great. Fantastic meal from start to finish. Our waiter was courteous and professional, steered us in the right direction when we had questions about the menu (which changes so frequently that they do not have specials - they choose... More

The Riverhead Project is very unique! First of all it's an old bank building! It's all glass. The desig ners and decorators did an outstanding job with the floor plan inside and out. Every night of the week is different. I especially like wine night! The Wine Project is hosted on Tuesday evenings with a price fix of $40 for... More

We had an early Saturday dinner - tried the strip steak, local bass and fried chicken. All the food very fresh and local - chicken was amazing. The Kale salad was amazing as well - we will have to go back. A little expensive, but a much needed upscale experience in downtown Riverhead!

The Riverhead Project is our go - to jump-off place for the North Fork and Hamptons, whether on vacation or a day - trip from NYC. Start with the ample parking lot to our choice of tables befitting our good mood. Today's lunch began with the shrimp tostados appetizer to launch our sharing the crab cake sliders and fish tacos,... I would definitely recommend dinner at this place, the food was good, the atmosphere is nice and the service was acceptable. Didn't need a reservation on a Friday night although I did make one and the place was busy. Also it wasn't that expensive even with multiple drinks. I am rating very good, but if there was just a good... More

We went to The Riverhead Project because it was right near our hotel. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we wanted something fancy. The food is delicious. For appetizers, we had the oysters and the buffalo mozzarella. Both were very tasty, but I wish they would have given a little more for the mozzarella portion. For dinner, my husband... More
