I used to go here for Chinese food which was more like gourmet Chinese. Very good but it has gone out of business.
I believe this location for Millhouse Panda is now closed, but there is what we hear a great Italian restaurant in the same location (corner Garden St and W. Market). The new owner is the ex-husband of the owner of the famous Gigi's also in Rhinebeck (Bill Clinton's favorite when he comes into town, as per Chelsea's wedding last year!)....

Went on a Friday evening....not overcrowded. food was good although we seemed to wait slightly too long for it to be served. Service was very good. Yes, I have been there before and yes I will return

Spacious, comfortable, and ample seating allows for the opportunity to enjoy a meal leisurely at one's...

I have always liked this place but had not eaten here in about 9 months. The Dim Sim were hard and old. When I asked the waitress about this she had asked the cook and he said nothing is different about them they are always like this. NOT TRUE. The egg roll was so greasy we could not eat it....
