Colonial charm - tasteful & tasty

The fixed price menu offered excellent quality and value. Given the authentic & inviting atmosphere inside and out, it would have been nice if they'd featured a few more local craft beer choices. Certainly our Dutch ancestors enjoyed a few nice ales and lagers...

We ate in the Taproom. Brings you back in time. Food was delicious, generous portions and priced right. Can't ask for more!

It is the oldest continuous establishment in the country. The indoor section of the restaurant will remind you of colonial times. There is another section of the restaurant which looks onto the street which I prefer. The meal and service were excellent and looking out onto the street was really nice. The prices were reasonable.

Love eating in the intimate wine cellar. Soups are particularly good. Have enjoyed most meals here. Eat here once a month over the last year

Stopped for lunch and a good table, a good waitress, good ambiance and good food. The only problem was that my pulled pork sandwich was a bit runny.

Went here with the wife for lunch one day. Got a burger and it was pretty good a little more cooked than I would have wanted but it was still very good. The atmosphere was nice and the wait staff was good but a few times I could have used a refill a few minutes before they came by. Overall... More

The waiter was happy to let us share a number of different salads and appetizers. As we were there in March I believe that local produce was probably scarce. So, the salad was a little limp. I can imagine that in the warmer months this place must have amazing food. We sat a table by the bar and saw a... More

Can always depend on the Beek for a decent meal in a lovely atmosphere. Service is fair to good, food is consistant (good prime rib on the weekends). Desserts generally good, although be careful they don't overcook your creme brulee. One of the more reasonably priced restaurants in Rhinebeck for what you get. Decent bar.

I have eaten here many times and have always enjoyed ourselves for lunch or for dinner. I love the history of this place and the Garden Room view of the town can't be beat on a sunny day. In winter enjoy the tavern which is nice and cozy.

Recently had lunch at the Beekman Arms. We had a wonderful butternut squash soup. I had the curried chicken salad sandwich which was good and then the flourless chocolate torte for dessert. The dessert was very good as well. Service was excellent!
