Our group of 40 had reservations in the banquet room attached to the old inn and we were given 3 choices for our lunch- the tavern burger, the potpie and the coconut chicken salad sandwich. The waitress described our burgers as having pepper jack cheese, bacon and horseradish cream sauce which sounded tasty. Instead, we were served terrible dry, terribly... More

Had a wonderful time at the Beekman Arms with my two college kids. The hostess allowed us to take a look at all the different rooms available to eat in and they selected a dark wine cellar type of room in the back. It had a great atmosphere. The menu was great since my kids each have special diet requirements.... More

A pleasant drive from Albany rewarded three friends with an exceptional luncheon experience in the enclosed patio which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds. The Lunch Menu was so extensive, we would have liked to order a large sampling - buffet style. We settled for salads and sandwiches which were delicious and very moderately priced. The staff was welcoming and our... More

We went with friends for lunch while driving to the Finger Lakes. We sat in the glass patio room which was a bit warm on a nice cool afternoon, but was bearable. The food was good-I had the chicken panini which was very good and a friend had the burger which looked mouth watering.

We ate in the Taproom. Brings you back in time. Food was delicious, generous portions and priced right. Can't ask for more!

It is the oldest continuous establishment in the country. The indoor section of the restaurant will remind you of colonial times. There is another section of the restaurant which looks onto the street which I prefer. The meal and service were excellent and looking out onto the street was really nice. The prices were reasonable.

The fixed price menu offered excellent quality and value. Given the authentic & inviting atmosphere inside and out, it would have been nice if they'd featured a few more local craft beer choices. Certainly our Dutch ancestors enjoyed a few nice ales and lagers...

Love eating in the intimate wine cellar. Soups are particularly good. Have enjoyed most meals here. Eat here once a month over the last year
