Love the different types of Brick Oven Pizza. I mostly only have a chance to go for lunch, so most of my choices are off there lunch menu. Never disappoint by my selection and my wife enjoys more of a entrée selection. She always order more than she eats, so I always get a chances to taste the entrée also.... More

Every year or so I decide to give Cosimo's another try. We went there for dinner again just this past August...again, disappointed. The food is average. The service ok. The atmosphere is fine, but nothing special. I get the sense that it works well as a watering hole, which is not what I go there for, but I have never... More

It's a good thing we had a gift certificate, because I would have been really upset at having to pay full price for the meal we had. As it is, I will never go back to this restaurant again. If you're going to remodel, then close and remodel, or if not, then at least advertise a whole raft of half... More

We went here after a funeral and had a very nice buffet for the family and friends. Great bread, salad, several delicious hot Italian dishes, attentive service, beverage refills. A calming time after a sad loss.

Went to Cosimo's while visiting Marist College (which is right across the street). The brick oven pizza (margherita and white pizza) were excellent. Meatball sub was very good. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice. Our waitress was a doll. Very enjoyable lunch.

I ordered the steak sandwich which was very small and had very little meat. instead of fries I asked for the house salad but with peppercorn dressing. However when my tiny sandwich arrived the 'salad' was only lettuce and was smothered in the house dressing (the one I didn't want!). No croutons, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, just lettuce.! I don't... Visited on a Saturday night and did not experience any wait to be seated. Service was fast and friendly. Food was great. My daughter had creamy noodles from the kids menu, as well as a caeser salad, which she raved about. I had a tortellini dish that was wonderful. We didn't sit outside, because my kids were hot after a... More

Some years earlier we had been to a sister restaurant in Fishkill which sadly closed. This was our first trip back through the area so we decided to give Cosimo's a try and are glad we did. The hostess was the weakest link - not knowing how to handle someone with a service animal which is unusual for an upscale... More

On a recent trip to the CIA my husband and I wanted to start the weekend with a casual meal and had read reviews from other travelers. Cosimos was all that was advertised. A true trattoria with many nice beverages, pizzas, salads and entrees. We started with the Panzanella salad, which had just the right balance of cheese, fresh tomatoes... More

Not sure why this isn't higher rated. Came here with wife and my son. Chicken parm for my son was excellent. I had some sausage pasta which was more than enough with portions to bring home and have a meal. My wife had a margarita pizza which was very good. very nice experience. lovely restaurant.
