We went here after a funeral and had a very nice buffet for the family and friends. Great bread, salad, several delicious hot Italian dishes, attentive service, beverage refills. A calming time after a sad loss.

Went to Cosimo's while visiting Marist College (which is right across the street). The brick oven pizza (margherita and white pizza) were excellent. Meatball sub was very good. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice. Our waitress was a doll. Very enjoyable lunch.

I ordered the steak sandwich which was very small and had very little meat. instead of fries I asked for the house salad but with peppercorn dressing. However when my tiny sandwich arrived the 'salad' was only lettuce and was smothered in the house dressing (the one I didn't want!). No croutons, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, just lettuce.! I don't... Visited on a Saturday night and did not experience any wait to be seated. Service was fast and friendly. Food was great. My daughter had creamy noodles from the kids menu, as well as a caeser salad, which she raved about. I had a tortellini dish that was wonderful. We didn't sit outside, because my kids were hot after a... More

Some years earlier we had been to a sister restaurant in Fishkill which sadly closed. This was our first trip back through the area so we decided to give Cosimo's a try and are glad we did. The hostess was the weakest link - not knowing how to handle someone with a service animal which is unusual for an upscale... More

On a recent trip to the CIA my husband and I wanted to start the weekend with a casual meal and had read reviews from other travelers. Cosimos was all that was advertised. A true trattoria with many nice beverages, pizzas, salads and entrees. We started with the Panzanella salad, which had just the right balance of cheese, fresh tomatoes... More

Not sure why this isn't higher rated. Came here with wife and my son. Chicken parm for my son was excellent. I had some sausage pasta which was more than enough with portions to bring home and have a meal. My wife had a margarita pizza which was very good. very nice experience. lovely restaurant.

Wonderful staff & consistently outstanding food, this my favorite restaurant in the area. Please try the Asian or regular calamari, the pizzas, the eggplant parm or the smoked Gouda polenta cakes, just some of my faves! Cosimos is very accommodating for parties in their various rooms, dining areas and menu flexibility. This is my request for birthday dinners, date nights and... More

We went to an eightieth birthday party for my aunt on a Saturday afternoon. There were seventy five people over three rooms at the restaurant and the staff couldn't be nicer. The food was outstanding. It was a sit down luncheon and there were several choices and a dessert. I did not hear one complaint about the food. I wouldn't... More

Love the way at Cosimo's both Italy and US get together, I still remember the wonderful pesto bruschetta (that sas looooooooooooong ago!) and the smell of oregano in the tomato sauce. Worth a visit. Actually worth dozens of visit!
