Without exception, every Red Lobster location that I have visited in 3 diff states over 4 months has had abysmally slow service! Must be a corp wide issue. Not worth the wait for avg food.

We just had our wedding party there recently, and we had such a wonderful evening. I can not stress enough how special Red Lobster made us feel. They accommodated us completely. We were able to reserve the back room with only a weeks notice. The wedding time was changed due to the snow storm that day and they were so... More

We waited all of 5 minutes for a table during which time the maitre d' took it upon herself to entertain the kids by pulling out a lobster. They loved it. The $15 menu is absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and our waitress was very cheerful and prompt with drinks and extra biscuits.

Short wait time. Accommodating staff. Waitress right on the ball. Great food and drinks. Will return to this location again.

My fiance and I have been to this Red Lobster a couple of times and the experience is pretty consistent. Bland just like their food. The restaurant is a dark and gloomy at all hours of the day. The last time we went there was the oddest smell, which is never a good sign. It's desperately in need of a... More

We stooped there for lunch, and surprisingly there was no waiting line. We were promptly served by Shannon. She did a very good job, especially after we told her that my husband has a shellfish allergy. She made sure there was no cross-contamination with the food that we ordered. The restaurant manager Cindy approached also to inquire about his allergy(... More

there is almost always a wait at this place, but its usually worth it. The service is good, most staff are friendly. Its pretty clean even when busy. The food is very tasty and we have tried many different dishes. They have a lot of high calorie dishes so you have to be careful esp when they bring out those... More

I've ordered the Shrimp Tacos on two recent visits and they are scrumptious! There are 3 soft tacos presented nicely in a holder ~ drizzled with a spicy sauce (mildly spiced - not overbearing). The dish also comes with rice and veggies. It's just the right amount of food and it's oh so good! There's a nice portion of shrimp... More

It had been quite awhile since I had some lobster; when I stopped into the Poughkeepsie Red Lobster, a very attractive restaurant, after checking out the menu; I decided to go a little crazy for me; ordered a "split" (small bottle of champagne) and a dozens oysters. I had not had oysters in years; well, they were the best...like being... More

Despite their advertising specials, those are usually limited. It may be me; but the quality of food does not seem to be as great as it once was. They appear to use a lot of salt in everything. Depending on when you go and the chef's whim, they are not receptive to complaints. Servers are nice; but try getting hold... More
