Popular lunch spot with a unique variety of dishes leaning towards the healthy side with the tasty comfort food as well. Peanuts noodles are a interesting side and taste good.

Lola's has a very interesting menu and everything was fresh and delicious. The folks there are friendly and aim to please. We had lunch before doing the Bridge walk (we did the 5 mile walk that circles over the Mid-Hudson bridge) on gorgeous bit warm afternoon. Returned to Lola's for just some cold beverages. I wish we'd been hungry again!

We waited out part of a thundershower here while waiting for the bridge to reopen for walkers. Very nice spot. The coffee was smooth and delicious, and they offer delicious desserts and some gluten-free brownies also. Worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Stopped here while on a college visit for lunch based on trip advisor reviews. It was a bit out of the way but well worth the extra travel. Delicious sandwiches and unique sides. I had the Chicken Bruchetta Panini and my daughter had the Turkey Brie Panini. Both we delicious. We chose the sides of peanut noodles and black bean/corn... More

My wife and I were in Poughkeepsie to check out the Walkway over the Hudson River. Coming back over the river and thinking about finding a spot to grab some lunch, we saw Lola's down on the street below as we were getting back. There was a convenient stairway down to the street level and we headed over to Lola's.... More

I moved to Poughkeepsie two years ago. I was introduced to Lola's when they catered a business luncheon I attended. Everything is fresh and delicious; my personal favorites are the Chicken Bruschetta Panini, the Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Peanut Noodles. Brought my parents here for lunch- I was confident they would enjoy it, knowing whatever they decided, it... More

Stopped at Lola's while biking the Rail Trail and Walkway. No frills, good selection of food, good service, reasonable prices.

Four of us drove up from Princeton, NJ to walk the bridge over the Hudson River and then we went to Lola's Cafe. The food is absolutely delicious. The cafe is small but worth the visit. I had their chicken soup and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and they used beef prepared as a Salisbury steak. This is superior to... More

We always wanted to walk over the Hudson River, so we went to Poughkeepsie for my husbands Birthday. It was some walk to the other side of the river. We were able to walk down to Washington Street from the bridge stair well and found Lola's. What a charming Cafe. The history of Lola's will melt your heart. The servers... More
