Recently ate at this restaurant as an extended family of 10. Temperature was not to my liking (my food was not hot), service was indifferent (we had to request refills on drinks). Decor is cute and the size of the dining area is quite a surprise (it is very large) to find in such a small town.

This is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast when we are in town visiting family. We always go for breakfast and never leave disappointed. It's amazing food and huge portions for a great price. We went this past weekend with four generations of family and everybody loved their food. The atmosphere can't be beat, who doesn't love... Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Large portions and the turkey was so moist. Loved the stuffing as well. Good value for the money.

I was in Olean for a week, finally found this restaurant for a Sunday brunch and later in the week for a lunch. The brunch was excellent but had a long wait and a big crowd. This is a large scale volume restaurant that offers very good to excellent quality dishes. Portions are large and I think that is a... More

The maple pulled pork BBQ was incredible...loved the sweet potato waffle fries dipped in the maple sauce...The maple milkshake was very refreshing... Sadly we were too full for dessert...If I ever go back, I want a Maple Avalanche...Nice gift shop...very busy...good service...Lots of maple products to take home...They also have a working maple farm that people can tour...we did not... again, Sprague's exceeded our every expectation... in the midst of a long road trip, which we re-directed to get here, we arrived about 4, a classic off-hour when little good happens in most restaurants... imagine this, at 4 p.m., a fresh spinach-and-cheese omelet and a mussels marinara over a delicious sauce, nice, leisurely service, it's never really quick here... overabundant,... We ate lunch here on a Saturday afternoon and it was the first time we had been here for anything other than breakfast. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich with mashed sweet potatoes and my friend ordered the turkey and biscuits. They were both wonderful and the service was friendly, quick and the food was hot and delicious. The breakfast... More
