This place is worth the drive if you're anywhere near Portville. You will probably have to wait in line but it goes quickly. We were there the day after Thanksgiving. One of us had the turkey dinner and it was much better than our family made but don't tell them that. The person who ordered breakfast loved it. The burger... More

This restaurant is out a bit, but well worth the few extra minutes of drive time. The scenery is wonderful. The restaurant is unique as it has a working maple syrup area you can see in progress. The decor is like a hunting lodge with animated animals to amuse. And the food is outstanding. Never have had a bad meal.... More

After driving around in circles, looking for a pleasant place to eat, we asked a cashier in Kohls, if their was a really nice place nearby. We were in Olean at the time, where the restaurants were old and dingy (I guess due to the recession). She suggested Spragues. They make their own Maple syrup and have their own Turkey... More

The food is outstanding..Fresh Turkey all the time. Huge portions, hearty and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and if you go at the right time of year it's all about the Maple making process.

Pretty to visit nice holiday displays and things to do before or after you eat. Comfortable seating, never rushed thru your meal and happy, helpful service. Yummy choices on their menu. Turkey is home grown. Sides are delicious. Deserts are plentiful and hard to choose! Fun interior with moving and sounds of many animals. All around nice feeling. Reasonable prices.

Home-cooked meals, open area with fun little gift shop, big fireplace, great prices. Similar in style to a Cracker Barrel, but in a rural beautiful setting.

First of all the landscaping is gorgeous! This fall was spectacular. The food is tasty and the portions are generous. Very popular destination.

Members of our Corvette club drove to Sprague's and enjoyed beautiful foliage on the trip. The meal we had at the farm's restaurant was excellent. Our group of 19 waited about half an hour to be seated. While waiting you can see equipment in a large room where the maple syrup is made.Service was timely and excellent. Portions were generous.... If it’s maple you want, then here’s the place to go. When you enter the place, you can see where and how they make their own maple. I had pancake with bacon, eggs and sausage and man were they good. The dish I ordered includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, so you just better starve yourself and enjoy the marathon. On the table... More
