If you are in port jefferson and like traditionally made thin crust pizza made in a coal fired over - this is your place. We tried a few of the pasta's but they were a bit over-creamed, so I would stick with the pizza and beer. Desserts will appeal to the kids, but again, the pizza is the thing here.... More

The salads and thin crust pizza are excellant....it has a loyal following and if you don't get there early you will have a wait. I reccomend going later in evening if you don't have kids with you.

The thin pizza and house salads are wonderful casual foods. A fun place to have a evening out...go early ..if you want quiet while you talk and eat..if you don't care ..go later ..it's get louder when the crowd comes.

We went to Port Jefferson for the day. It was our 1st time at The Pie & went because of the review. It was a BIG let down. Here's what was o.k. The salad, bread & soda. I ordered the Chicken parm. I took the 1 st bite & it tasted awfull. I thought maybe it was me so I... More

We visited Pie with great expectations of a wonderful brick-oven baked pizza. The results were mixed. Our large pizza had flavorful sauce, fresh mozzarella and the requisite thin crust -- but the ingredients, including the herbs, were skimpy. Our friends' medium "supreme" was a disaster -- cracker crisp, flat-out burned on the bottom and edges, also skimpy on the ingredients... More

Visited Pie with friends in June and had a fantastic lunch! We ordered a pie, salad, and pasta primavera which was excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive, great recommendations on what to order. I would definitely return even though it's a long drive!

I cannot believe anyone thinks this place is good. I listened to the reviews and made a 20 min drive to port jeff to get a great pie (so i thought) What a disappointment! When they say thin pizza I did not think they meant literally paper thin!! We got the spinachi pie it was supposed to have chicken and... More

The pizza here is amazing, this is definitely one of the best restaurants in Port Jeff! However, keep in mind that this is not your usual New York style pizza, it is a much more authentic (and tasty!) Italian style pizza with thin crust, fresh mozzarella and great sauce. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and will be going back... More

This is one of Port Jeff's best places to eat in our opinion. Again, it's New York and it's a tourist town, so it's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive. The place is casual, and the acoustics (old brick building) make it noisy. But it's family friendly, the service is very good and the food is excellent. Their red... More

Love the charred thin crust. The classic pie was great. Enjoyed Rustica and Buffalo as well. Was very impressed with the waiter and bus help. They were very attentive. We ate dinner early, around 4:45. Lucky we did. It was packed and getting busier when we left. Bottom line, this is great thin crust, coal oven style pizza such as... More
