Closed...what a surprise! Guess must visit other LI locations. One is in Hauppauge and the other is I think newly opened on the North Fork.

I've eaten here a number of times. It's gone from outstanding to average and is going downhill. The steaks used to be terrific, now they're just average at best Not really up to snuff considering it's a "Steakhouse." This though they're charging top, i.e., steakhouse prices. They had a live singer in the lounge area which made conversation almost impossible... More

We went to Pace's for my husband's birthday and were very disappointed. The restaurant is extremely noisy. Our table was in a walk through area and the table was not sturdy, moved as we moved. We asked to be moved to a quieter area, the hostess brought us to the lounge. The lounge area became more noisy than the previous... More

Had a gift certificate for most of the dinner, so I didn't mind the prices, but truthfully I would go to a restaurant with more atmosphere for the prices they ask for steak.

Great food, pricey, but very very good. The only complaint we have is one night we sat at the bar and tried to have a conversation over some oyster and martinis and there was some god-awful local group playing. Too much amplification and not enough talent. Had to either move to the dining room or stuff our ears with napkins,... More

Celebrated my husbands birthday during L.I. Restaurant week. Instead of taking the "time to shine", Paces only disappointed us. We were seated at our scheduled reservation time, ordered, waited 25 minutes for our appys, then another hour for our entrees! The food was tasteless. My vegetable & potato were cold probably waiting for my husbands overcooked steak. By that time... More

Was taken here by my girlfriend for my b-day. Our steaks were decent but that's not saying much for a steakhouse. I found the size and how it was cooked to be fine, but it was flavorless. Our side dishes were extremely underwhelming. Everything is a la carte so naturally you are paying more to surround an already expensive porterhouse.... More

I was uncertain to visit this restaurant when I read the great differences from other people experiences here. We were very positive surprised about the good service and the quality of the steaks. We are from Gemany and it is a must to have real American steak when we are here in this country. We ordered the quarter house for... More

All the dishes we took were raw, not salted, tasted like nothing, priced like food in a very good restaurant. The seafood bisque was a pink porridge with no taste, mushrooms and broccoli were like water, onion soup was tiny, polenta uneatable. We couldn't believe that the food can be SO bad!!!
