This is a very nice restaurant down in lower Port. If you like Spanish food, this is a great place to enjoy Paella and many other specialties. The staff is attentive and the food is very tasty. It's not a large restaurant, so do make reservations ahead of time.

We stopped here for dinner after returning from the Ferry and left unimpressed. The Sangria ($7) tasted no different than a glass of inexpensive red wine with a slice of orange in it. So, a slow start. After having to send back the gazpacho because it was spoiled, we went on to our main meals. The owner was very apologetic... More

Pasta Pasta and Toast were booked on a rainy Saturday night and so we decided to eat here. The soup, appetizers, and Spanish rice were just ok. The octopus appetizer was not at all appetizing, since the skin was still on and tasted slimy. The best part of the meal was my main course of veal and the Frangelico dessert... More

When Pasta Pasta had longer than average waits, my friend and I decided to eat at Costa De Espana, recognizing it had been a local eatery in Port Jefferson for a long time. This was our first time eating there. We should have left upon walking in. It was a beautiful Wednesday night at 8pm and the restaurant had only... More

This Spanish restaurant offers the best Saturday lunch deal in town. For the price of an entree, you get soup or salad, entree, rice or patatas bravas, coffee or dessert. Come here for tapas or dinner and you'll pay triple. The fillet of sole or chicken in spicy garlic sauce are great, the patatas bravas are wonderful and the sopa... More

Great tapas menu. Try the shrimp in garlic sauce. Nice house Spanish red and awesome Sangrias, both red and white. Don't miss the paella! Best on the island. Excellent, friendly service. Cozy, romantic atmosphere with outdoor seating in season.

My husband and I had reservations for a Saturday night but we clearly didn't need them. When we arrived there (6:30), there was only one other table with customers. When we left (after 7:30) there were two other tables. That might be the reason that the service was so good. If you looked in the general direction of a waiter,... More

I'm half Spanish and visit Spain often, so I know what I am talking about. The food offered at this restaurant is very far removed from from the delicious fare that Spain has to offer. The menu was adapted to American tastes possibly. No Spanish wines or beer on the menu either! Over priced and very disappointing!
