Description: Inspired by the beach culture of coastal California, Mexico, Uruguay and...
Inspired by the beach culture of coastal California, Mexico, Uruguay and Brazil, bartaco combines healthy, upscale street food with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. The minimalistic decor is light and breezy, with the air of a rustic beach resort. The cuisine is rooted in Mexican tradition but pulls from a broad palate of bold, spicy flavors from the Mediterranean, Asia and beyond. The tacos are healthier versions of old-country favorites, filled with fish, fresh vegetables, spit-roasted chicken, and slow-cooked pork to name a few. There are Asian-influenced salads, grilled corn, signature fusion rice bowls, and seasonal market specials on the creative menu. The bartaco beverage menu is just as carefully crafted, and includes bottled Mexican Coca-Cola and hand-pressed fruit sodas. Over 40 tequilas - all 100% agave - have been hand-picked. Our award-winning inspired and refreshing cocktail selections are made with only artisanal spirits and freshly-squeezed juices and are featured along with traditional margaritas, mojitos and caipirinhas. Whether dining with family or enjoying a night out with friends, all will savor the undeniable energy that is the bartaco experience.

Fun twist on taco!

Went on a Tuesday night and it was super crowded but the drinks at the bar were great so we didn't mind! The tacos are super tiny so we ordered lots and they were all different and tasty! The sides we had were fresh and yummy as well. Desert was great too - just make sure you have lots of... read more

I went to Bartaco yesterday with my family and the experience was fantastic! Food was great, our server was on point and there was tons of parking. Our family took advantage of the small trays and ordered some additional sides of grilled corn and plantains because they were delicious! Definitely expect Tapas style portions - it is great for sharing... More

Bartaco has terrific food and is always extremely busy on the weekends. I would have given this establishment a 5 rating but I do feel that their food is a little pricey. Great place to take kids and there is outside dining when the weather permits. Also, the servers are always attentive and cheerful.

Perfect weather for sitting on the deck and enjoying their wonderful food and amazing margaritas. They don't get much better. Food is delicious, service is great which is incredible given the crowds. Here's a tip. You can call ahead on a smart phone and they will put you on a list and text you re wait times. Also, weather permitting... More

I've been on a search for the "best" tacos, for sometime now. Initially, the experience was found one place loved it and then subsequent trials of other places would fail or not meet expectations? That is no longer the case. It's amazing the quality of taco's, especially in the NY area. Chorizo, Pollo or Pescado are all on offer and... More

We traveled quite a distance to try out this restaurant at our son's insistence. I wondered multiple times why I was traveling well over an hour to have tacos, and my skepticism grew when I learned there are a number of Bartacos. Fortunately, we arrived early and it was a misty day, so we were not subjected to the long... More

Drinks are good. Food is fine. Atmosphere could be great. Wait time is ridiculous. I was told first available would be 15 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later, I had to tell them that I was leaving to get a table. I watched three people arrive after me, chat with the manager and quickly be seated. I was with... More

Sill love the great food at BarTaco, and now you can avoid some of the wait by calling ahead. You can't make a reservation, but if you call on your way to the restaurant they will put your name on the wait list before you arrive. Tried the watermelon mojito this time - delicious!

Husband and I made impromptu plans to check this place out. On a busy Friday evening, the wait was two hours. We decided to quench our thirst at the bar and await the text message from the staff about available seating. The beer selection is poor but if you're a tequila fan you are in luck. The list is quite... More

Taco trucks are better than bar taco lately. Ever since the menu change the quality of food declined. Some items ordered was forgotten by the servers. Drinks were no on par. The place is so-so / okay for hanging out.
