The next level... Farm to Table Dining Experience

Blue Hill is the quintessential farm to table dining experience. Yes, your pocket/purse will take a hit, but it's well worth the price of admission. No menu to be had, and once the party started the courses seemed never ending. The cuisine is unmatched for it's freshness, and unique presentations... read more

Blue Hill at Stone Barns takes it to another level. The restaurant in Manhattan pales in comparison. If you are in New York, believe the hype and try to get a reservation. It's only a 30-45 minute drive out of the city, or you can take a quick train ride and then a 5 minute cab ride to the restaurant.... More

We recently attended a wedding here. The facility was just gorgeous. The food was excellent, but not much of it for each course. There was wine partnered with each course. Glasses were filled as soon as they were emptied. There was about a 20 minute or more wait between courses. Many guests were feeling quite happy by time the final... More

There are very few meals I've had in my life that will meet the high bar Blue Hill at Stone Barn provided. Right from the very first moment you walk in you are treated like a VIP. We enjoyed an amazing 30+ courses including one offered in the kitchen amongst the cook staff. The menu is constantly changing because of... More

980 reviews Elite ’15 5.0 star rating 1/1/16 There are meals in life that are great for many reasons. Sometimes a waiter can stand out as very knowledgeable, or perfectly figure out your likes and preferences and tailor suggestions to you. Other times a setting may make the meal, such as our incredible seafood on the Croatian Island of Hvar... More

I've always loved this place, but on a recent visit they stepped up their game even more somehow. Village outpost is great too, but eating at the farm is the essential experience. Worth every penny.

I visited Stone Barns for a friend's very important birthday. We had a party of eight with several dietary restrictions (kosher, nut allergy, seafood allergy, etc). Also, consider we booked our dinner for 7pm on a Sunday in the middle of December... . We chose the wine pairing and got started with an assortment of fresh and raw vegetables from... More

I would highly recommend... If you have time to "experience" dinner, this is the place you should not miss. Vegetables freshly picked from their farm. We had 4 servers at our table. They were in synch serving each course... Fabulous food... Extraordinary service! Will be back... Soon!!

One of my favorite restaurants in the world, Blue Hill at Stone Barns is a unique and creative culinary experience. Fresh, farm-to-table, sustainable philosophy meets serene, verdant, organic environment, and an unforgettable time.

Having seen Dan Barber on Netflix's Chef's Table, and already aware of Blue Hill at Stone Barn being listed among Pellegrino's Top 50 restaurants in the world, we thought we owed ourselves a try during our recent visit to NY, which is less than an hour's drive from the city. We wanted to spend our time leisurely at the farm/Stone... More
