Great service. Food is good with the right choices.

Eat here regularly. Service is always great especially if Bill is at the bar. Historical family owned restaurant. Food is always good. Can't go wrong with their chicken parm. Best Italian in the area without driving to Burlington or Lake Placid.

We had a very friendly waiter and he made a fair dinner better. Food was expensive and nothing special. Our dessert tasted old and was no fresher than the half loaf of sliced bread we received.

I found that this restaurant offers 5 different daily specials all week long. You can't beat the price or the quality. The sauce is nice and hearty with good flavor. I found the service was very good and the waitress very friendly. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

For decades, Arnie's has been a hometown staple and our go-to place for drinks, snacks, or meals. Visiting family and friends will say a trip to Plattsburgh is not complete without an Arnie's pizza or chicken parm. Friendly, and cozy, we just love Arnie's.

My son invited me for my birthday, service was ok, but the food..... to me look like preps and cocking was done somewhere else, and plates assembled on order, test of food was "industrial" , and to expensive for the quality, no sauce slowly cocking on the side of the stove, with mamma putting her heart into it....

Probably the worst restaurant we've been to by far! This is supposedly the best Italian restaurant in Plattsburgh, however, as another contributor said: ' they don't know any better'; we should have listened. It was recommended to us because we felt like having some Italian food. The waitress brought TOAST bread when we arrived!! TOAST bread, in an Italian restaurant!... More

An old-school Italian-American restaurant that clearly has its local fans -- the vibe is right (make sure you dine on second floor). Food itself was okay -- hearty red sauce, decent minestrone -- but nothing that will change your world. Real issue was incredibly lackluster and slow service. What's the old saying? You only get one chance to make a... More

If you're in the mood for a nice, inexpensive, good-quality meal, this is the place to go! I strongly recommend the veggie lasagna. The pasta was home-made and the portion was generous! Our waiter/barman was perky, fully of personality and overall lovely.

This place was highly recommended by a hotel staffer, so I tried it out. It's okay, but I suspect it gets great reviews as they locals don't know any better and it's really the only game in town. I'd almost rather have gone to the infamous chain instead. The service was quite poor, and I was the only one there... More

August 2015, I was in Platts visiting family and they ordered pizza-ghetti for take out. I have never had it before but they told me it is a 'French Canadian/Quebec' dish.. - so, being true to my French Canadian roots - i tried it. It was Great ! the pizza was perfect (i am very picky about the crust and... More
