A pleasant place to sit down, relax and have a nice evening. Staff is very friendly and attentive. You can enjoy a JoJo Burger, which is excellent, or have an entre of steak, salmon or chicken. We have truly enjoyed our meals. Would give a warning that the wedge salad is more like a head of lettuce so it is... More

Jojos is fine. It's not good or bad. I'm kind of ambivalent about it. It's loud and the food is so-so. It has a big bar, and by 9PM, they stand 4 deep around it. I think that JoJos is more of a pick-up joint for the after-work crowd than anything else, and that's fine, but not what I'm looking... More

We all enjoyed our food, but spent a fair amount of time saying 'what' as we had to talk with raised voices. My pizza had a thin crispy crust and a nice taste of carmelized onions. I wish the mushroom taste was more pronounced, it was a little lost. The spicy fish was too strong for me, but everyone else... More

The food was delicious but the management is terrible and the staff rude. Twelve of us went there for my bachelorette party. They were decent enough to give us the hunky waiter with the long hair. Unfortunately, he spilled a entire cup of scolding hot coffee on my matron of honor before we even ordered dinner or had our first... More

This bistro has a magnificent wine cellar, but a huge pizza oven right behind the bar. The temperature in the oven, the chef told me, is 800 degrees. It makes gourmet pizzas in four minutes. Buddy, the bar tender, moonlights as a disc jockey and knows a great deal about music. We found him very interesting to talk with while... More

You walk in... Heads turn at the bar to check out the new arrivals - very obvious. Basic decor , kind of echoey. The food is good. Not many healthy choices. The chicken we were told is soaked in oil then cooked. Not sure what this means as I did not order it. Sirloin steak dinner special was good but... More

Friends of ours brought us to JoJo when we were visiting Rochester on business. The service was excellent, and the food was even better. We started with the meatballs, calamari, and a cured meats and cheese platter. I recommend them all. My wife had the mussels, normally an app as her main course. My friend and I had the Pork... More

Jojo's is commonly known as a good place to meet up for drinks after work or later in the evening for dates, friends, or potential new liaisons. The energy is usually good with a big crowd typically on Friday and Saturday nights. The drinks are usually fair but not overly generous in price or alcohol content. The wood fired pizzas... More

We went to JoJo last night for dinner after taking a break after a couple of not so good experiences about a year and a half ago. The food was awesome! We had such a great dinner. Everything was excellent but the grilled romaine salad, in my opinion, was just incredible. The service was fantastic. It's nice to see them... More
